다문화 청소년의 계획된 우연 기술에 따른 잠재프로파일과 사회적 지지, 학교적응 및 진로태도결정성의 관계

국문 초록

본 연구는 다문화 청소년의 계획된 우연 기술의 잠재집단을 탐색하고 집단 간 학교생활적응 및 진로태도결정성 수준의 차이를 분석하였다. 또한 계획된 우연 기술 잠재집단의 예측요인으로 부모의 지지, 친구의 지지, 교사의 지지, 인권존중정도가 미치는 영향력을 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구 대상은 다문화청소년패널조사 2기의 5차년도 데이터를 활용하였으며, 총 1,836명의 자료를 분석하였다. 분석 방법은 잠재프로파일분석, BCH 접근법, 다항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 다문화 청소년의 계획된 우연 기술 잠재프로파일 분석 결과, ‘저역량 수동형’, ‘중간역량 실천형’, ‘고역량 진취형’으로 도출되었다. 각 집단 간 학교생활적응과 진로태도결정성의 수준 차이를 비교한 결과, ‘고역량 진취형’ 집단이 두 요인 모두에서 가장 높은 점수를 보였고 세 집단 간의 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 확인되었다. 또한, ‘저역량 수동형’ 집단, ‘중간역량 실천형’ 집단을 준거범주로 하여 예측요인의 영향력을 분석한 결과, 인권존중정도가 가장 큰 영향력을 보였으며, 다음으로 부모의 지지, 친구의 지지 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 계획된 우연 기술이 다문화 청소년에게도 적용가능하며, 계획된 우연 이론이 단지 진로결정에만 영향을 주는 것이 아니라 학교생활 전반과 밀접하게 관련되어 있음을 시사하였다. 또한 다문화 청소년의 계획된 우연 기술 형성에 있어 인권친화적인 학교환경 조성과 다문화 청소년의 가족 기능 강화를 위한 통합적 접근의 필요성을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study explored the latent profiles of planned happenstance skills among multicultural adolescents and examined group differences in school adjustment and career attitude determinacy, as well as the predictive effects of parental support, peer support, teacher support, and perceived respect for human rights. Data were obtained from Wave 5 of the second “Multicultural Adolescents Panel Study”, including 1,836 participants, and analyzed using latent profile analysis and multinomial logistic regression. The analysis revealed three distinct latent profiles of planned happenstance skills: low-capacity passive, moderate-capacity active, and high-capacity proactive type. The high-capacity proactive type demonstrated the highest levels of school adjustment and career attitude determinacy, while perceived respect for human rights emerged as the strongest predictor of profile membership, followed by parental and peer support. These findings demonstrate that the planned happenstance theory is applicable to multicultural adolescents and suggest that planned happenstance skills are not only associated with career decision-making but also closely related to school adjustments. This study highlights the need for fostering human rights–friendly school environments and strengthening family functioning to support the development of planned happenstance skills.
