영아교사의 마음조율에 대한 교사배경과 심리적 특성의 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 영아교사의 마음조율에 대한 교사의 배경 및 심리적 특성과의 관계를 살펴보고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 어린이집 0세반에 재원중인 영아 108명과 담임교사 54명을 대상으로 Meins와 Fernyhogh(2015)가 제시한 Mind-mindedness Coding Manual, Version 2.2를 번안 후 사용하여 영아교사의 마음조율을 측정하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 영아교사의 마음조율은 교사의 연령, 학력과 유의미한 관련이 나타났다. 둘째, 영아교사의 마음조율과 교사의 심리적 특성은 부분적으로 유의미한 관련이 나타났으며, 영아교사의 심리적 특성은 교사의 마음조율에 대해 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 영아교사의 마음조율과 교사 관련 변인들과의 관계를 분석하여 영아교사의 긍정적인 역할 수행에 대한 정보를 제공하였다는 것에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of teachers’ Individual Characteristics and Psychological Features on the mind-mindedness of infant teachers. The participants of this study were 54 teachers who taught 108 infants under their care at nursery schools in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The Mind-mindedness Coding Manual, version 2.2, developed by Meins and Fernyhough in 2015, was translated and used to measure the infant teachers’ mind-mindedness. As a result of this study, first, there was a significant relationship between the teachers’ mind-mindedness and the teachers’ age and academic background. Second, there was a partially significant relationship between the teachers’ mind-mindedness and the teachers’ psychological characteristic, and it was found that it had a partial influence on the early childhood teachers’ mind-mindedness. This study is meaningful in that it provides information on the positive role performance of teachers for the development of infants by analyzing the relationship between infant teachers’ mind-mindedness and various variables.
