유아 음악극 관련 연구 동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아 음악극 관련 연구들의 동향을 살펴봄으로써 앞으로의 유아 음악극 연구 방향을 제시하고자 2001년부터 2021년 동안 국내에서 발표된 유아 음악극에 관한 논문 101편을 분석하였으며 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 2006년도를 기점으로 유아 음악극 연구가 증가하는 추세를 보였고, 2016년부터 최근까지 유아 음악극 연구가 가장 많이 이루어진 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아를 대상으로 한 연구가 가장 많았으며 교사를 대상으로 한 연구, 음악극 관련 문헌 및 연구물을 대상으로 한 연구가 순서대로 많은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 양적연구가 가장 많았으며 질적연구, 문헌연구, 혼합연구가 순서대로 많은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 연구 주제 유형으로는 프로그램 개발 및 효과 검증이 가장 많았으며 다음으로 교사교육 및 전문성 증진에 관한 연구가 많은 것으로 나타났다. 음악극에 사용된 곡의 유형으로는 창작동요, 외국동요, 클래식곡, 전래동요, 대중음악이 순서대로 많은 것으로 나타났다. 음악극에 사용된 동화 유형으로는 환상동화, 전래동화, 사실동화, 기타, 정보동화가 순서대로 많은 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 연구 효과 변인으로는 음악성 발달을 살펴본 연구가 가장 많았으며 사회성 발달, 창의성 발달, 정서발달, 언어발달, 인지발달을 살펴본 본 연구가 순서대로 많은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 유아 음악극 관련 연구 동향을 파악함으로써 관련 연구수행과 유아교육현장에서 효과적인 유아 음악극 실행을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the recent research trends of music drama for young children and to suggest directions for follow-up research on music drama for young children. This study analyzed 101 selected research papers from 2001 to 2021 in South Korea. The results of this study were the following. First, the analysis results by period showed a rapid increase in the number of the studies beginning in 2006, and the largest number of studies were carried out since 2016. Second, most of the studies were investigated on young children, followed by teachers and literatures. Third, when examining the analysis results by research method, quantitative studies were prevalent, followed by qualitative studies, literature surveys, and mixed studies. Fourth, most of the studies were conducted on developing educational programs on music drama for young children and tried to investigate the effectiveness of those programs. As for the types of songs used in music drama for young children, creative children’s songs, world children’s songs, classical music, traditional children’s songs, and popular music were used in that order. As for the types of stories used in music drama for young children, fantasy fairy tales, traditional fairy tales, realistic fairy tales, stories created by children and teachers, and informational fairy tales were used in that order. Fifth, as variables for examining research effects, variables related to musical development were used the most, followed by variables related to social development, creativity development, emotional development, language development, and cognitive development. This study may serve as a valuable foundation for early childhood music drama research and basic data in the field of early childhood education by examining the recent research trends of music drama for young children.
