개정 누리과정 교사교육 방향 모색을 위한 보육교사의 어려움 탐색 - 공공형 어린이집을 중심으로 -

국문 초록

본 연구는 개정 누리과정을 실행하고 있는 공공형 어린이집 교사들이 경험하는 어려움을 탐색한 후 나타난 결과를 토대로 개정 누리과정의 효과적 실행에 도움을 줄 수 있는 교사교육 내용이나 방법을 제안하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 공공형 어린이집에 근무하는 보육교사 10명을 대상으로 집단 면담과 개인 컨설팅을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 교사는 놀이 인식과 실행에서 어려움을 경험하였고 놀이 실행에서는 시-공간의 제약과 학부모의 요구에 영향을 받고 있었다. 이를 토대로 개정누리과정 교육에서는 교사의 역할 수행과 관련된 놀이 실행에서 지침과 함께 구체적인 사례를 제시하고 놀이이해를 위해 소수의 아이들에 대한 관찰 사례나 공간의 재구성 방법 등 교실 안에서 다양한 에피소드가 동시에 발생할 수 있음을 감안한 사례들을 제시할 필요가 있다. 아울러 기관의 협소한 공간 문제 해결 방안과 다양한 교수전략을 포함한 부모교육 프로그램 개발이 필요하다는 시사점이 도출되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to propose teachers’ educational contents and methods that can help the effective implementation of the revised Nuri curriculum based on the results obtained after exploring the difficulties experienced by teachers who are implementing the revised Nuri curriculum. To this purpose, group interviews and individual consulting were conducted with 10 childcare teachers working in public type of childcare centers. As a result of this study, teachers experienced difficulties in play recognition and execution and were affected by time-space constraints and parental demands. Based on this, in the revised Nuri Curriculum education, specific examples are presented along with guidelines for play execution related to the teacher’s role performance, and in addition to the play cases presented for understanding play, various episodes in the classroom such as observation cases of a small number of children and methods of reorganizing the space are presented. It is necessary to present cases that consider that they may occur simultaneously. In addition, it was suggested that the development of a parent education program including various teaching strategies and a solution to the narrow space problem of the institution were needed.
