유치원 예비원장의 수업지도성 신념과 실제 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 유치원 예비원장의 수업지도성 신념과 실제의 차이를 비교하고 수업지도 성 실제에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 유치원 원장자격 연수에 참여하고 있 는 예비원장 122명을 대상으로 수업지도성의 신념과 실제를 측정하는 설문지를 사용해 자료 를 수집하였으며, SPSS를 사용하여 신념과 실제의 차이 및 영향을 미치는 변인을 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유치원 예비원장의 수업지도성 신념과 실제는 차이가 있었으 며 교육목표 설정, 수업조직 활동, 수업개선 활동, 수업지원 활동, 학습성취 확인 등 하위 영 역별로도 신념과 실제의 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 유치원 예비원장의 개인적 특성 중 유치원 예비원장의 교육경력은 수업지도성 실제 수준에 유의미한 영향을 미치며 특히 교육경력이 25년 이상인 예비원장이 교육경력 10년 이 하의 예비원장에 비해 수업지도성의 실제 수준이 높았다. 수업지도성 실제 수준이 높은 집단 의 경우 사립유치원 예비원장보다 국공립유치원 예비원장이, 학급 수가 5학급 보다 많은 6-9 학급일 때 수업지도성의 실제 수준이 높았다. 연구결과를 토대로 유치원 예비원장의 수업지 도성을 향상시키기 위한 방안을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to compare the difference between the instructional beliefs and practices of the kindergarten director and to analyze the effects on the practice of instructional leadership. For this purpose, 122 kindergarten preschool directors collected data using the questionnaire measuring the beliefs and practices of the instructional leadership. The SPSS was used to analyze the difference between the beliefs and reality and the variables that affected the beliefs. The results of the study are as follows. First, there was a difference between the beliefs and practices of the instructional leaderships of the kindergarten directors. There were also differences between the beliefs and practices in the sub - domains such as the setting of the educational goals, the class organization activities, the class improvement activities, the class support activities and the learning achievement confirmation. Second, the educational experience of Kindergarten presidents has a significant effect on the actual level of instructional leadership. Especially, the director who has more than 25 years of education experience has higher level of instructional leadership than the director who has less than 10 years of education experience. In the case of the group with high practical level of instructional leadership, the public kindergarten director’s practical level was higher than that of the private kindergarten director. Based on the results of this study, I suggested a plan to improve the instructional leadership of preschool kindergarten.
