중등학교 분산적지도성 진단도구의 타당화 연구

국문 초록

지도성을 한 개인 지도자의 특성 구현이나 역량 발휘로 간주하는 전통적 지도성 연구는 학 교 조직의 다원화와 개방화에 따른 학교 대내·외의 복잡다기한 문제 상황을 효과적으로 해결 하지 못한다는 한계를 가진다. 최근 들어, 교육학을 포함한 사회과학 분야에서 전통적 지도성 에 대한 발전적 대안으로서 지도성을 개인 차원을 넘어서 “지도자들과 구성원들 및 이들을 둘러싼 상황 간의 복합적인 상호작용”으로 규정하는 분산적 지도성 이 주목받고 있다. 본 연 구는 중등학교에서의 분산적 지도성 실제를 확인할 수 있는 진단도구를 구성하고, 해당도구 의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하려는 목적에서 수행되었다. 연구 결과, 진단도구의 전체 신뢰도 는 0.968, 교사지도성, 학교장지도성, 학교상황의 세 영역별 신뢰도는 0.892-0.966으로 매우 적 절한 수준을 가지고 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 영역별 탐색적 요인분석 및 확인적 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 진단도구의 최종 모형이 중등학교 분산적 지도성의 구성요인을 적절하게 진단 할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 중등학교에서의 분산적 지도성 실제를 확인할 수 있는 진단도구를 제공함으로써 분산적 지도성이 학교현장에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 실증적으로 구명하는 데 기여할 수 있다는 기대효과를 가진다.

영문 초록

This study aims to develop a Test of Distributed Leadership and to verify its reliability and validity. For to do this, the former version of the ‘Test of Distributed Leadership’ was developed based on preceding research analysis and was revised through advises from expert group, and then was composed as questionnaire using Likert scale 5 points. The questionnaires were conducted by 430 teachers who work at 19 secondary schools in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Incheon. Using gathered questionnaires, the reliability of the test of Distributed Leadership was verified and the sub factor of each fields were analyzed through EFA and CFA. In addition to them, the relationship between Distributed leadership and Commitment to teaching was conducted to verified the criterion-related validity of the test. The reliability of total items was 0.968 and 0.905~0.973 in detail. Thus, the reliability of the test of Distributed leadership and each field of it can be evaluated as acceptable. And as a result of EFA, Teacher leadership was divided into 4 sub factors and 16 questions, Principal leadership was 5 sub factors and 22 questions, and School situation was 3 sub factors and 17 questions. As a consequences of examining the goodness of fit of the total mode this model was appropriate and met the recommend criteria. And Construct Reliability were recorded from 0.878 to 0.949, so this test can be said having a convergent validity. Also the Average variance extracted is higher than   values of each variables, so this test can be said having a discriminant validity.
