대학 전공교육과정 성과관리 체계 개발 및 타당화 연구: 주제영역별 접근을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 전공교육과정의 지속적인 개선과 질적 성장을 도모할 수 있는 표준화된 성과관리 방안을 마련하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 주제영역별 접근 방식을 기반으로 전공교육과정에 적용 가능한 성과관리 체계를 개발하는 데 중점을 두었다. 선행 논의를 통해 교육 성과관리의 핵심 요소를 탐색하고 이를 구체적인 평가지표로 전환하기 위해 3차에 걸친 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 고등교육과정 및 평가 분야의 전문성과 대표성을 갖춘 전문가 패널의 의견을 체계적으로 수렴하고 합의를 도출함으로써 연구 결과의 내용 타당도를 확보하였다. 이어서, 도출된 성과관리 체계의 현장 적용 가능성을 검증하고자 학과위원회를 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하여, 실질적인 집단적 판단을 수렴하였다. 연구 결과, 전공교육과정 성과관리 체계는 3개 주제영역별 가치 관점(학습성과, 교육제공·보장, 교육가치)과 5개 핵심 성과 요인(수월성, 책무성, 효율성, 적합성, 혁신성)을 기반으로 총 8개의 세부 평가지표로 구성되었다. 본 연구는 성과관리 체계를 통해 대학의 자율적인 교육 질 관리 역량을 강화하고, 전공교육과정의 성과를 체계적으로 점검할 수 있는 실행 기반을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore a standardized major curriculum performance management system. Specifically, the focus was on developing a performance management system applicable to major curriculum offered in colleges based on an approach by theme area. As a research method, a theoretical review was conducted to explore key elements of the performance management system, and then three Delphi surveys were conducted for experts. These are expert panels with expertise and representation in the field of higher curriculum and evaluation, and the content validity of the research results was secured by systematically collecting expert opinions and reaching an agreement. Subsequently, in order to verify the field applicability of the derived performance management system, a survey was conducted within the department committee in a college to collect their opinions. The performance management system of major curriculum consisted of three theme areas of educational value (i.e., learning outcome, educational delivery and guarantee, and educational value) and five performance factors (i.e., excellence, accountability, efficiency, relevance, and innovation) according to the approach by each theme area. Based on the key factors derived above, a total of eight educational indicators were derived. As a result, this study is significant in that it provides an implementation basis for enhancing the college's autonomous educational quality management capabilities and systematically checking the performance of the major curriculum through the development of a performance management system.
