중학교 교사의 통합학급 담임 기피요인 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 중학교 교사의 통합학급 담임 기피요인을 행정상, 생활지도상, 학급 경영상 요인으로 구분하여 살펴봄으로써 통합교육 활성화를 위한 통합학급 교사의 지원방안을 탐색해 보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 부산·울산의 중학교 일반교사 178명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 후, 수집된 자료를 평균차 검증하였다. 연구결과, 중학교 일반교사들의 통합학급 담임을 기피하는 수준은 대체로 높았으며, 그 중에서도 생활지도상의 어려움이 가장 큰 기피요인이었다. 그리고 행정적으로는 업무나 학급인원수 조정 배려 부족, 문제발생시 지원체제 부족, 일방적으로 담임 배정하는 문제 등이 대두되었고, 학급 경영적 요인으로는 부모가 통합학급담임보다 특수교사를 더 신뢰하는 점이나 장애학생의 행사 참여에 대한 두려움으로 인해 통합학급 담임을 기피하는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 결론에서 효율적인 통합교육이 이루어지기 위해서 통합학급 교사의 역량을 강화하는 것이 중요하며, 본 연구에서 나타난 생활지도상, 행정상, 학급 경영상의 기피요인을 고려한 지원방안에 대한 노력이 필요함을 강조하였다.

영문 초록

This study analyzes the primary factors that the middle school teachers avoid taking charge of inclusive class into three factors that administrative, leading school life, and management for class, so its purpose is searching the device for the effective solutions and divers causes for the successful inclusive education. The study uses papers for questions which contain factors the middle school teachers are afraid being assigned teacher of Inclusive class. The object is the middle school teachers in Busan and Ulsan. The result of the study is following as;Firstly, the middle school teachers are afraid of being assigned teacher of Inclusive class highly; especially, the primary factor is cause for teaching students' living. Second, the administrative factor causes general teachers avoid a teacher of Inclusive class are appeared as the order of the adjustment of work of the number of class members, the short age of support system in case of problems, one-sided assignment of the class teacher. Third, the school class of managemental causes the general middle school teachers avoid Inclusive class teachers appeared as the order of the point that parents trust special teachers more than Inclusive class teachers, the delusion of persecution of the parents, the burdens happen when the class students are indifferent to the disabled students. Accordingly, the result are appeared that the teachers who have four to nine years of careers of Inclusive class teachers avoid the most.
