청각장애학교 특수교육 교육과정 적합성에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 청각장애 특수교육 교육과정 적합성을 알아보고자 현재 청각장애 학교에서 청각장애학생을 지도하고 있는 현장교사들을 대상으로 다음의 연구목적을 설정하여 연구를 수행하였다. 첫째, 청각장애 학교 공통교육과정 도입의 적합성을 알아본다. 둘째, 청각장애 특수교육 교육과정 적합성에 대해 중요도와 만족도를 분석한다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위해 설문지를 작성하여 청각장애 특수학교에 재직 중인 부장교사를 대상으로 실시하였다. 자료분석은 현장교사들을 대상으로 적합한 교육과정을 모색해보고자 IPA(Importance -Performance Analysis)기법을 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청각장애학교 교사들은 청각장애학생 수요자에 입각한 독자적인 교육과정의 도입을 필요로 한다. 둘째, 청각장애학교 교육과정 적합성을 살펴보면 청각장애 교사들은 교과교재 운영 적절성을 유지하기 위해 교육서비스 질, 교과서문제, 수업의 적절성, 교과서 내용 등에 만족하는 반면, 교육과정 운영의 적합성과 수업영역에서 효율적인 운영에 개선을 필요로 하고 있다.

영문 초록

This study is to evaluate the appropriacy of special deaf school curriculum by examining hearing impaired students’ teachers for the research purposes below. First, it is to evaluate the appropriacy of common curriculum introduction. Second, it is to analyze the importance and satisfaction of special deaf school curriculum. For that, a questionnaires survey targeting chief hearing impaired school teachers was carried out. The analysis was designed to use the importance performance analysis technique to devise appropriate school curriculum. The following is the results of this study. First, hearing impaired school teachers need independent school curriculum focused on the hearing impaired students’ demand. Second, the appropriacy of special deaf school curriculum shows that the quality of education service, class appropriacy, and both questions and contents of textbooks satisfy hearing impaired school teachers maintaining the appropriate operation of teaching material. On the other hand, the suitability of school curriculum operation and the efficiency of class management are required to improve.
