국문 초록

본 논문은 대학생의 부모애착이 사회적 문제해결 능력에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 그릿(Grit)과 자기분화가 어떻게 순차매개 하는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 기초로 대학생에게 중요한 요소인 사회적 문제해결능력을 높일 수 있는 경로를 확인하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 국내 대학에 재학 및 휴학 중인 남녀 317명을 대상으로 2024년 1월 2일부터 1월 31일까지 설문을 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0과 AMOS 26.0를 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같이 제시할 수 있다. 첫째, 부모와 안정적인 애착을 형성할수록 사회적 문제해결 능력이 높아지는 것을 확인하였다. 그릿이 높을수록 사회적 문제해결 능력이 높아지는 것을 확인하였다. 셋째, 자기분화 수준이 높을수록 사회적 문제해결 능력이 높아지는 것을 확인하였다. 그리고 부모애착과 사회적 문제해결 능력 간의 관계에서 그릿과 자기분화가 순차매개효과를 갖는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 대학생의 사회적 문제해결 능력에 영향을 미치는 변인 중 부모애착, 그릿, 자기분화의 중요성을 밝히고, 부모애착과 사회적 문제해결 능력의 관계에서 그릿이 자기분화를 거쳐 사회적 문제해결 능력에 영향을 미친다는 순차적 매개효과를 확인함으로써 새로운 환경을 마주하고 과업의 변화로 인해 다양한 문제를 경험하는 대학생의 사회적 문제해결 능력을 높일 수 있는 구체적인 경로를 검증하였다는 점에서 의의를 갖는다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to investigate how grit and self-differentiation sequentially mediate the relationship between parental attachment and social problem-solving ability among university students. Based on this, the study sought to identify pathways to enhance social problem-solving ability, which is a crucial factor for university students. To achieve this, a survey was conducted from January 2nd to January 31st, 2024, targeting 317 male and female university students currently enrolled or on leave from domestic universities. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 26.0. The research findings are as follows: First, it was confirmed that a more stable attachment to parents led to higher social problem-solving ability. Second, higher levels of grit were associated with increased social problem-solving ability. Third, a higher level of self-differentiation was found to correspond with enhanced social problem-solving ability. Furthermore, the study confirmed that grit and self-differentiation sequentially mediated the relationship between parental attachment and social problem-solving ability. This study is significant as it highlights the importance of parental attachment, grit, and self-differentiation among the variables influencing university students' social problem-solving ability. By verifying the sequential mediating effect, where grit, via self-differentiation, influences social problem-solving ability in the relationship between parental attachment and social problem-solving ability, this research validates a specific pathway to enhance the social problem-solving ability of university students who face new environments and experience various problems due to changes in their tasks.
