임신기 부부의 원가족 부모와의 의사소통, 배우자와의 의사소통, 스트레스 대처방식과 주관적 안녕감 간의 관계

국문 초록

본 연구는 임신기 부부의 원가족 부모와의 의사소통, 배우자와의 의사소통, 스트레스 대처방식과 주관적 안녕감 간의 구조적 관계를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 연구대상은 서울.경기지역의 부모교육에 참여한 임신기 부부 225쌍이다. 자료분석은 구조방정식 모델의 적합성을 알아보고, 부트스트래핑 절차를 사용하여 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 간접 효과에 대해 통계적 유의성을 검증하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 임산부의 경우 원가족 부모와의 의사소통은 배우자와의 의사소통과 스트레스 대처방식을 통해 주관적 안녕감에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 배우자의 경우 원가족 부모와의 의사소통은 주관적 안녕감에 직접적으로 영향을 미칠 뿐 아니라 스트레스 대처방식을 통해 주관적 안녕감에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 기초로 임신기 부부의 주관적 안녕감을 증진시킬 수 있는 방안을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study purposed to examine the structural relationships among pregnant women and their spouses’ communications with their parents, marital communications, stress-coping style, and subjective well-being. The sample of this study consisted of 225 pregnant couples who participated in prenatal education program in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. The data were analyzed using AMOS for the Structural Equation Modeling to test the fit of hypothesized structural model. The mediation effect of marital communications and stress-coping style was verified by bootstrapping approach. The results were as follows: As for pregnant women, the communications with their parents influenced subjective well-being indirectly through communications with their spouses and stress- coping style. As for their spouses, the communication with their parents influenced directly their subjective well-being, and indirectly via stress-coping style. Based on these results, strategies to improve subjective well-being of the pregnant couple were discussed.
