R-러닝 실천학습공동체에서 나타난 예비유아교사들의 교사발달과정에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 예비유아교사들이 R-러닝 실천학습공동체 활동을 통해 전문가로 발달되어 가는 과정을 교사발달의 세 측면 즉, 지식과 기술 발달, 자기 이해 발달 그리고 생태적 발달에서 살펴보고 그 결과를 통해 R-러닝 실천학습공동체의 운영 방향을 모색하는데 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 B시에 소재한 4년제 유아교육과 학생 10명이며, 분석은 2012년 3월부터 2014년 12월까지 유아교육기관에서 수업을 진행 후 예비교사들이 작성한 자기저널을 통해서 이루어졌다. 연구결과, 지식과 기술 발달 측면에서는 예비유아교사들이 R-러닝 실천학습공동체 활동을 통해 교육용 로봇의 특성을 파악하고 효과적인 교수-학습방법을 익히게 되는 것으로 나타났다. 자기 이해 발달 측면에서는 로봇에 대한 막막함과 두려움을 극복하고 R-러닝 교수효능감을 높여나가는 것으로 나타났으며, 생태적 발달 측면에서는 부정적인 R-러닝 교수 상황을 극복하고 협력적 관계를 형성해 나가는 것으로 분석되었다. 그러므로 장기적인 관점에서 대학내 R-러닝 실천학습공동체가 운영된다면 R-러닝이 성공적으로 유아교육분야에 정착하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것임을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the developmental process of pre-service early childhood teachers through R-learning practical learning community in terms of the three phases of teacher development: knowledge and skills, self-understanding, and ecological development. Furthermore, this study was to explore in new directions of R-learning practical learning community based on the study results. Participants for this study were ten senior students who enrolled in a four-year university with a major of early childhood education. Data analysis were conducted by pre-service teacher journals after daily teaching in early childhood institution from March, 2012 through December, 2014. The findings of the study were as follows: Regarding the development of knowledge and skill, pre-service teachers demonstrated effective teaching and learning and understood some characteristics of educational robot through R-learning practical learning community. Pre-service teachers showed high teaching efficacy of R-learning by overcoming uncertainty and fear in the area of development of teachers’ self-understanding. In the aspect of ecological development, pre-service teachers were able to overcome a negative situation of R-learning and came to establish their cooperative relationships. Therefore, operation of university based R-learning practical learning community is expected to bring some meaningful success of R-learning diffusion in the field of early childhood education.
