통합교육 교사의 반성적 임상장학에 따른 특수유아의 사회적 놀이의 변화과정

국문 초록

본 연구는 통합교육을 담당하고 있는 교사의 놀이 교수실제에 대한 반성적 임상장학을 실시하여 서 특수유아의 사회적 놀이발달에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 연구대상 교사는 통합교육을 담당하 고 있는 유아교육전공자 교사로 하였으며, 교사들이 담당한 특수유아의 장애유형은 다운증후군, 정 신지체, 자폐아이었다. 반성적 임상장학의 단계는 사전협의회, 수업관찰 및 녹화, 반성적 사고, 사후 협의회로 이루어졌고, 장학내용인 놀이시도 및 참여시키기, 놀이이해 및 방법 제시하기, 일반유아 놀 이상대자 만들기, 개별화 놀이계획을 중심으로 장학을 실시하여 양적분석과 질적분석을 하였다. 연구결과, 장학의 초기단계에서 교사들은 특수유아의 놀이에 무관심하였으나 장학이 진행되면서 일반유아와 특수유아 간의 상호작용을 유도하려는 다양한 교수실제를 보였다. 따라서 방관 또는 이 탈하는 행동은 감소하고 단독놀이에서 병행놀이나 집단놀이를 경험하게 되었으며, 놀이를 방해하거 나 놀이가 단절되는 부정적인 행동은 감소하였고, 놀이상호작용의 긍정적인 행동은 증가하는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study examined the impact of social play on children with special needs under reflective clinical supervision over the instructional strategies of teachers in inclusive kindergartens. The subjects were teachers of early childhood education and three children with special needs of the child had Down Syndrome, child had Physical Disability, and child had Mentally Retarded child. The phases of reflective clinical supervision consisted of a pre-conference, observation/recording, reflective thinking, and a post-conference. The contents include initial play and participation, understanding and presentation of play, making partners between typical children and children with special needs, and individual play plans. All the contents were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The result of the study of social play of children with special needs also showed positive effects of changes in the levels of play. With the support of their teacher, special needs children were able to develop solitary play into a parallel play and group play. The Penn Interaction Peer Play decreased negative outcomes such as the disruption and disconnection of play, and enhanced positive dimensions of play interaction.
