부모-교사 협력을 통한 긍정적 행동 지원이 자폐성 장애 유아의 문제행동과 사회적 상호작용에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 부모-교사의 협력을 통한 긍정적 행동지원이 자폐성 장애 유아의 문제행동 및 사회적 상호작용에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 대상 유아는 자폐성 장애 유아 3명을 각각 부모와 담임교사와의 면담을 통하여 선정하였으며 기능평가를 통해 대상 유아별 목표행동으로 문제행동은 방해행동, 자기 자극 행동, 공격행동으로 한정하였고 사회적 상호작용은 사회적 주도행동과 사회적 반응행동으로 정하였다. 중재는 부모와 교사에 의해 이루어졌으며 연구 기간은 학교에서는 주 4회 총 57회기 동안 실시하였고 가정에서의 중재는 주3회씩 총 18회기 동안 실시하였다. 실험 설계는 대상 유아별 문제행동 3가지와 사회적 상호작용 2가지의 목표행동에 따른 대상자간 중다 간헐 기초선 설계를 이용하였다. 자료수집 및 분석은 녹화된 동영상을 2명의 관찰자가 목표행동을 관찰하여 전 회기 동안 목표행동 발생률의 변화를 표와 그래프로 시각적인 분석을 하였다. 대상 유아별 행동 발생률 변화를 분석한 결과, 대상 유아 3명 모두 문제행동의 발생률은 감소하고 사회적 상호작용의 발생률 변화의 경향성은 증가하였다.

영문 초록

This study attempted to find the effect of the positive action support with the cooperation of parents and teachers on the problematic behaviors and social interactions of the children with autistic Disorders. Three children were selected through interviews of the parents and the teachers. Through a function evaluation, the problematic behaviors were classified as disruptive, self-stimulation, or aggressive behaviors as the goals and the social interactions were selected as the social initiation behaviors and the social response behaviors. The experiment occurred in the classroom of the specialized schools that they are enrolled and the homes for 57 sessions with 4 sessions every week in the electives periods at school for baseline, intervention, and the maintenance as well as the 24 sessions with 3 sessions weekly at play room for baseline, intervention, and maintenance after the children have been accustomed to the interventions at school. According to the 3 problematic behaviors and 2 social interaction goals, multiple probe baselines design across subject was used. The analysis results of the behavior occurrences for each child, all three children showed a reduction in the problematic behaviors and the increase of the social interactions. As the behavior problems reduced, the social interaction increased.
