장애영유아 미술치료 연구동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 1997년부터 2012년 상반기까지 16년 동안 미술치료관련 학술지에 게재된 논문 중 47편을 양적 분석을 통하여 장애영유아 미술치료에 관한 연구 실태와 동향을 살펴보는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구결과 첫째, 장애영유아 미술치료 연구 논문의 발표 연도 및 학회지별 연구동향을 살펴보면, 논문의 발표연도는 2003년부터 2010년까지 활발한 연구가 진행되었고, 학회지는 ‘미술치료연구'에 가장 많이 게재되었다. 둘째, 연구 주제별 연구동향을 보면 인지 및 언어영역에 관련된 주제가 많이 연구되었다. 셋째, 연구 대상별 연구동향을 살펴보면 연구 목적에 따른 연구대상 선정 기준을 제시하지 않는 경우가 과반수이상을 차지하고 있다. 그리고 만 3～5세의 남아를 중심으로 1명을 대상으로 한 연구가 주를 이루었고, 자폐성 장애, 정서·행동장애에 관한 연구가 많았다. 넷째, 연구 방법별 연구동향을 살펴보면 통합적 연구와 더불어 단일집단 사전·사후 검사설계가 주를 이루었다. 그러나 유지 및 추후검사와 일반화 검사를 대부분 실시하지 않았다. 다섯째, 측정과 관련된 연구동향을 살펴보면 객관적 측정도구를 많이 사용하였다. 반면 타당도에 관한 내용이 전무하고, 신뢰도에 대해서도 거의 표기하지 않았다. 여섯째, 중재 관련 요소별 연구동향은 주로 미술치료실에서 주1～2회, 15회기로 진행되어졌다. 이러한 분석 결과는 국내의 미술치료 연구 동향과 방향성을 제시하는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 아울러 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 향후 보다 효율적인 장애영유아 미술치료 연구를 위한 개선방향을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the current developments and trends of young children with disabilities art therapy through quantitative analysis. A total of 47 research papers related art therapy published for 16years from 1997 to the first half of 2012. The results were as followed. First, in the research trends and the year of publishment, the research articles of art therapy were greatly increased from 2003 to 2010 and published the most in Korea journal of art therapy. Second, the most of topics were focused on the cognitive and language areas. Third, cases that do not suggest evaluation indicator of research subject according to research object occupied more than half. The most of the participants’s ages were 3-5years old boy and the primary participants disabilities were autism, emotional and behavioral disorders. Forth, most used methods of study designs were one-group pretest-posttest design while maintenance and generalization were not measured while in many studies. Fifth, in the analysis of assessment, the standardized assessment tests were used while the reliability and validity of the test were not sufficient. Sixth, in the contents of intervention, the intervention progressed 15 sessions 1-2 days a week in therapy room. Based on this results, this study will be expected to contribute to understand the current trends and suggest to the future direction of art therapy. In addition to, the application possibility of the results were suggested for effective art therapy in young children with disabilities.
