유아교사의 민감성 및 창의적 교수능력이 교사-유아 상호작용에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

교사-유아 간 긍정적 상호작용은 유아의 발달에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 유아교사의 개인적 특성인 민감성과 창의적 교수능력에 교사-유아상호작용과 미치는 영향을 밝히고자 하였다. 충남과 경기지역에 소재한 유치원 및 어린이집 유아반 교사 278 명에게 설문지를 배포하였고, 불성실한 응답 3부를 제외하고 최종 분석자료에는 275명의 자료가 포함되었다. 유아교사의 민감성 및 창의적 교수능력과 교사-유아 상호작용 간의 관계를 알아보기 위해 Pearson 상관분석을 실시하였고, 유아교사의 민감성 및 창의적 교수능력이 교사-유아 상호 작용에 미치는 영향력을 알아보기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 유아교사의 민감성 및 창의적 교수능력과 교사-유아 상호작용 간에는 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 유 아교사의 민감성과 창의적 교수능력이 교사-유아 상호작용에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 창의적 교수능력 요인 중 유아 창의성 지원 및 상호작용 요인이 가장 큰 영향을 미치고, 다음으로 교사 창의성 개발 노력, 창의적 환경 지원, 정확성, 유아 창의성 이해, 유아 창의성 평가, 적절성 등이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 유아-교사 간 상호작용의 질을 높이기 위해서는 교사의 민감성과 창의적 교수능력을 증진할 필요성이 있음을 확인하였다. 이와 더불어 교사의 민 감성과 창의적 교수능력를 신장하기 위한 제도적 지원이 필요함을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Positive teacher-child interactions have been demonstrated to exert a significant influence on children's developmental outcomes. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate how teachers' sensitivity and creative teaching competence, affect teacher-child interaction. Questionnaires were distributed to 278 early childhood teachers in kindergartens and daycare centers in Chungnam and Gyeonggi provinces, and 275 questionnaires were used for the final analysis. Pearson correlation analysis was conducted to examine the relationship between early childhood teachers' sensitivity and creative teaching competence and teacher-child interaction, and multiple regression analysis was conducted to examine the influence of early childhood teachers' sensitivity and creative teaching competence on teacher-child interaction. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between early childhood teachers' sensitivity and creative teaching competence and teacher-child interaction. The investigation further revealed that among the factors of creative teaching competence, the factor of supporting and interacting with child creativity had the greatest effect, followed by teacher creativity development efforts, creative environment support, accuracy, understanding child creativity, evaluating infant creativity, and appropriateness. The findings of this study underscore the imperative for enhancing early childhood educators' sensitivity and creative teaching competence to elevate the quality of interactions between child and teachers. The findings further underscore the necessity for institutional support to bolster teachers' sensitivity and creative teaching competence.
