국문 초록

본 논문은 WTO 가입 이후 시장 개방이 확대되고 있는 중국 물류시장여건과 문제점을 분석하고 향후 글로벌 네트워크 구축의 교두보를 확보하기 위한 전략의 일환으로서 우리나라 물류기업의 중국 물류시장 진출을 위한 기본방향을 제시하고자 하는 데 목적이 있다. 그 방안으로 첫째, 중국진출의 목적을 명확히 하고 둘째, 진출지역 및 물류서비스 제공지역에 대한 세분화를 통해 표적시장 선택을 해야 하며 셋째, 중국에서 물류사업에 진출하기 위해서는 현지 파트너와의 제휴가 반드시 있어야 하며 마지막으로 중국 물류시장에 대한 충분한 사전조사를 통한 경쟁우위 발굴과 진출지역 및 물류수요에 대한 정보획득이 필수적임을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this paper is to study basic direction to enter the market of China logistics as a part of the strategy for build global network by Korean logistics corporations from now on. To achieved this, we analysed the circumstances and problems of China logistics, and the key of result is as following. The first is clearly presented the purpose of entrance forward China. The second is, to choice target market, needed market segmentation on the entrance area and providing logistics service area. The third is, to enter the market of China logistics, essential needed building the relationship with local partners. Lastly is essential achieved the information about catch up the competitive advantage, target area and demand of logistics through sufficient pre-survey on the market of China logistics.
