국문 초록

본 논문은 글로벌 네트워킹전략의 사업성과 결정요인에 대하여 분석하였다. 전 세계적으로 글로벌 네트워킹전략을 수행하고 있는 국내의 80개 기업을 대상으로 연구한 결과 다음과 같은 연구결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 조정능력, 예측정확성, 신속대응, 신속성, 대응력, 적시성 등의 글로벌 네트워킹전략의 특성요인들을 파악하였다. 둘째, 재고적정성, 효율성증대, 유연성향상, 고객만족도 등의 글로벌 네트워킹전략의 사업성과 결정요인들을 파악하였다. 셋째, 조정능력, 예측정확성, 신속대응 등의 글로벌 네트워킹전략의 특성요인들은 재고적정성, 효율성증대의 사업성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 신속대응, 신속성, 대응력, 적시성 등의 글로벌 네트워킹전략의 특성요인들은 유연성향상과 고객만족도의 사업성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This paper examines determinants of business performance of global networking strategy. Based on the analysis of eighty global networking cases, the following results were found. First, determinants of characteristics of global networking strategy such as coordination capability, forecasting accuracy, speed response, speed force, response capability, and just-in-time capability were drawn. Second, determinants of performance of global networking strategy such as appropriate inventory, efficiency increase, flexibility improvement, and customer satisfaction were drawn. Third, coordination capability, forecasting accuracy, speed response affect business performance of appropriate inventory, efficiency increase positively. Speed response, speed force, response capability, and just-in-time capability affect business performance of flexibility improvement, and customer satisfaction positively.
