국문 초록

본 연구는 IB 교육 이론을 기반으로 한 직업 능력 향상 프로그램을 설계하고 실행하는 것을 목표로 하며, 연구 대상은 중국 산둥성 S 직업대학의 전문대 과정 2학년과 4년제 학사 과정 3학년 재학생이다. 이 프로그램은 학생들이 사회 인턴십에 진입하기 전에 직업 능력을 효과적으로 향상시킬 수 있는 방법을 탐구한다. 핵심 목표는 혁신적인 교육 방식을 통해 학생들이 직업 소양을 강화하고, 전문 기술 및 종합능력을 향상시켜 향후 직업 발전을 위한 기초를 마련하며, 사회에 적합한 직업 인재를 양성하는 것이다. 본 연구의 핵심 문제는 IB 교육 이론을 기반으로 한 커리큘럼 설계와 실행을 통해, 산둥성 S 직업대학의 전문대 과정 2학년과 4년제 학사 과정 3학년 재학생들이 사회 실습에 진입하기 전에 진로역량을 향상시킬 수 있는 목적으로 이 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구는 산둥성 S 직업대학을 연구 대상으로 선택했으며, 이 대학은 중국 직업교육 분야에서 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 전문대 과정 2학년과 4년제 학사 과정 3학년 학생들을 주요 연구 대상으로 선정하고, 커리큘럼은 4주 동안 매주 2차시 수업으로 총 8차시, 16시간의 교육 시간을 제공하였다. 분석은 SPSS 24.0 사용하였으며, 요구분석, t-test를 통하여 그 효과성을 확인하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 본 연구에서는 IB 교육 기반 진로역량 프로그램이 성공적으로 개발되었으며, 프로그램 성격, 특성 및 주안점은 전문 기술 함양에 집중하면서도 학생들의 의사소통 능력, 팀워크, 리더십 등 소프트 스킬 향상에 중점을 둔다. 다양한 교육 방식을 통해 학생들은 실제 문제 해결 경험을 쌓고, 다가오는 사회 인턴십에 대비할 수 있는 역량을 향상할 수 있다. 둘째, IBCP 교육 핵심 요소인 개인 및 전문적인 기술, 서비스 학습, 언어 발달, 성찰 사고 역량하고 진로탐색, 진로관리 및 직업윤리라는 진로역량을 결합하여 학습자의 진로적응성, 직무 수행 능력, 의사결정능력, 직업 세계 이해 및 진로 계획을 통계적으로 유의미하게 향상시킨 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 직업윤리에 대한 이해 측면에서는 강한 효과를 보이지 않았다. 그럼에도 불구하고 본 연구의 실행 결과는 산둥성 S 직업대학 및 기타 고등 직업학교에 참조할 수 있는 직업 능력 향상 모델을 제공하며, 직업교육과 사회 수요 간의 밀접한 연계를 촉진할 것이다. 이 프로그램을 통해 학생들은 졸업 후 직장 환경에 신속하게 적응할 수 있으며, 시장 경쟁력을 향상 시킬 수 있다. 또한, 직업교육 분야의 개혁과 발전을 위한 실천적 근거와 이론적 지원을 제공할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study aims to design and implement a vocational ability enhancement program based on IB education theory. The research subjects are second-year students from the college program and third-year students from the four-year bachelor's program at S Vocational College in Shandong Province, China. This program explores methods to effectively enhance students' vocational abilities before they enter social internships. The core objective is to strengthen students' professional literacy, improve their technical skills and comprehensive abilities through innovative educational approaches, thereby laying a foundation for their future career development and cultivating suitable vocational talents for society. The core issue of this research is to enhance the career competencies of second-year college program students and third-year bachelor's program students at Shandong Province S Vocational College before they enter social internships, through curriculum design and implementation based on IB education theory. This study selected Shandong Province S Vocational College as the research subject, as it holds a significant position in the field of vocational education in China. The study focuses on second-year college program students and third-year bachelor's program students, with the curriculum comprising 8 sessions over 4 weeks, 2 sessions per week, totaling 16 hours of instruction. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 24.0, with effectiveness confirmed through needs analysis and paired t-tests of pre- and post-evaluations. The research results are as follows: First, a career competency program based on IB education was successfully developed in this study. The program's nature, characteristics, and focus emphasize the cultivation of professional skills while also prioritizing the improvement of students' soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and leadership. Through diverse teaching methods, students gain practical problem-solving experience and enhance their competencies to prepare for upcoming social internships. Second, by integrating the core elements of IBCP education—personal and professional skills, service learning, language development, and reflective thinking—with career competencies such as career exploration, career management, and professional ethics, the program significantly improved learners' career adaptability, job performance, decision-making skills, understanding of the professional world, and career planning in a statistically meaningful way. However, the program did not demonstrate a strong effect on the understanding of professional ethics. Nevertheless, the implementation results of this study provide a referential model for enhancing vocational abilities for Shandong Province S Vocational College and other higher vocational institutions, promoting a closer connection between vocational education and societal demands. Through this program, students can quickly adapt to the workplace environment after graduation and enhance their market competitiveness. Additionally, it will provide practical evidence and theoretical support for the reform and development of vocational education.
