진로발달의 관점에서 본 대학생 서포터즈 활동 경험사례

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생 서포터즈 활동이 대학생에게 자기 계발을 위한 수단일 뿐 아니라, 진로 발달을 위한 경험과 학습 기회로서의 가치를 지닌다는 문제의식에서 출발하였다. 본 연구에서는 대학생들이 서포터즈 활동 프로그램을 통하여 어떠한 경험을 하였으며, 이러한 경험이 대학생들의 진로발달에 미치는 영향과 의미를 밝히고자 하였다. 서포터즈 활동 경험 과정에 대한 심층적인 분석을 위하여 질적 사례 연구 방법을 채택하였으며, 대학생 진로발달을 위한 사례로 D대학교 COSS 3기 서포터즈활동 프로그램을 선정하였다. 연구대상은 D대학교 COSS 서포터즈 3기로 활동 중인 재학생으로서 참여 기간은 24년 11월 1일부터 25년 2월 20일까지이다. 본 연구를 위한 자료 수집은 인터뷰, 에세이, 활동일지를 활용하였으며, Creswell(1998)의 자료 분석 및 해석의 절차를 반영하여 5단계로 진행하였다. 연구 결과 COSS 3기 서포터즈 활동 프로그램을 경험한 학생들은 활동 프로그램을 통해 대인관계기 술, 학업, 진로탐색, 진로준비, 직무역량, 직업세계에 대한 가치관의 변화를 가져온 것으로 확인되었다. 진로발달에 있어서 대학생 서포터즈 활동 프로그램은 경험학습의 과정을 통한 진로준비 전반에 대한 확인의 과정이며, 자아 계발을 위한 성장의 기회를 제공한 것이다. 본 연구는 직업탐색기에 있는 대학생들에게 서포터즈 활동의 의미와 가치에 대한 새로운 인식을 심어 줄 수 있는 계기를 마련해 줄 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This study started with the problem that college student supporters' activities are not only a meaning for self-development for college students, but also have value as experiences and learning opportunities for career development. In this study, what kind of experiences college students have through the supporters' activity program, and the impact and meaning of these experiences on college students' career development were revealed. For an in-depth analysis of the supporters' activity experience process, a qualitative case study method was adopted, and the next-generation semiconductor innovation and convergence university COSS 3rd supporters' activity program was selected as an example for college student career development. The subject of this study is the 3rd COSS supporters of the next-generation semiconductor innovation and convergence university at D University, and the period of participation in the study is from November 1, 24 to February 20, 25. Data collection for this study was conducted in 5 stages by reflecting the procedure for data analysis and interpretation by Creswell (1998) using interviews, essays, and activity journals. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that students who experienced the 3rd COSS supporter activity program brought about a change in values for interpersonal relationship skills, study, career search, career preparation, job competency, and the work world through the program. In career development, the college student supporter activity program is a process of confirming the overall career preparation through the process of earning, and provides an opportunity for growth for self-development. This study can provide an opportunity to instill a new awareness of the meaning and value of supporter activities in college students in the job search period.
