국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학생을 대상으로 심리적 독립이 진로역량에 미치는 직접적인 영향을 확인하고, 회복탄력성과 학습몰입이 심리적 독립과 진로역량 간의 관계에서 매개 역할을 수행하는지를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 경남에 소재한 K대학교 재학생 221명을 대상으로 심리적 독립, 회복탄력성, 학습몰입, 진로역량 간의 구조적 관계를 탐색하고, 회복탄력성과 학습몰입의 이중매개효과를 검증하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0을 이용하여, Pearson 적률상관분석 및 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였으며, Hayes(2018)의 SPSS Process Macro를 이용한 부트스트래핑(bootstrapping) 기법을 통해 매개효과의 통계적 유의성을 살펴보았다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 심리적 독립은 진로역량에 직접적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 동시에 심리적 독립이 회복탄력성에 영향을 주고, 회복탄력성이 학습몰입을 매개로 하여 진로역량에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 모형이 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 심리적 독립성이 높은 학생일수록 어려움을 수용하는 회복탄력성이 높고, 학습 상황에서 실패를 학습의 일부로 받아들이며 몰입하려고 노력할 가능성이 높기 때문에, 진로역량 향상에도 긍정적으로 작용함을 시사한다. 둘째, 심리적 독립과 진로역량의 관계에서 회복탄력성과 학습몰입의 이중 매개효과가 통계적으로 유의미하였다. 이는 대학생의 진로역량을 향상시키기 위해 단순한 진로 정보 제공을 넘어 부모와의 관계, 심리적 성숙, 학습태도 등을 통합적으로 고려한 전인적인 진로상담 및 교육 프로그램의 개발과 운영이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study examined the direct effect of psychological independence on career competence, as well as the dual mediating roles of resilience and learning flow in this relationship. A survey was administered to 221 undergraduate students enrolled at K University in Gyeongsangnam-do, Korea. The key constructs investigated were psychological independence, resilience, learning flow, and career competence. Data analysis was performed using Pearson’s product–moment correlations and structural equation modeling (SEM) with SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0. The significance of the dual mediation effects was further tested through bootstrapping procedures utilizing Hayes’s (2018) SPSS Process Macro. Empirical results demonstrate that psychological independence exerts a significant and positive direct impact on career competence. In addition, psychological independence was found to enhance resilience, which subsequently increased learning flow, producing an indirect positive effect on career competence. The dual mediating effects of resilience and learning flow were statistically verified. These findings highlight that students with greater psychological independence exhibit stronger adaptive capacity in the face of challenges, thereby achieving higher levels of learning flow and ultimately strengthening their career competence. The study underscores the necessity for higher education institutions to design and implement comprehensive career development programs that move beyond the mere dissemination of career information, incorporating elements that foster psychological growth, enrich parent–child relationships, and cultivate productive learning attitudes.
