국문 초록

본 연구는 델파이 조사를 통해 병원형 Wee센터 고위기 청소년 대상 집단상담 프로그램을 개발하기 위한 기초 연구이다. 김창대 등(2022)의 프로그램 개발 모형 1∼2단계를 적용하여, 텍스트 마이닝으로 초기 설문지를 구성한 뒤 이론 및 현장 전문가 23명을 대상으로 1∼3차 델파이 조사를 실시하여 프로그램 구성 요소를 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 예비 프로그램을 개발하고 전문가 자문을 통해 타당성과 실행 가능성을 검토하였다. 연구 결과, 회복탄력성(중재 요인), 긍정심리학(이론적 기반), 미술(활동 전략)이 핵심 요소로 도출되었으며, 예비 프로그램은 5점 Likert 척도에서 평균 4.19∼4.52를 나타냈으며, 현장 적용을 위한 개선 방안이 제시되었다. 본 연구는 병원형 Wee센터가 전국적으로 확산되고 있는 상황에서 이론적 관점과 실천적 요구를 반영한 집단상담 프로그램 개발을 위한 체계적 기초 자료를 제공한다는 데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study is a preliminary investigation aimed at developing a group counseling program for high-risk adolescents at hospital-type Wee Centers using the Delphi method. Following the first and second stages of the program development model proposed by Kim Chang-dae et al. (2022), an initial questionnaire was constructed through text mining, and a three-round Delphi survey was conducted with 23 experts from both academic and practical fields to identify the program's core components. Based on these findings, a preliminary program was developed and reviewed for its validity and feasibility through expert consultation. The results identified resilience (intervention factor), positive psychology (theoretical foundation), and art (activity strategy) as the core components. The preliminary program received mean scores ranging from 4.19 to 4.52 on a 5-point Likert scale, and suggestions were made to enhance its practical applicability. This study is significant in that it provides a systematic foundation for the development of group counseling programs that integrate theoretical perspectives with practical needs, particularly in the context of the nationwide expansion of hospital-type Wee Centers.
