국문 초록

본 연구에서는 한국고용정보원 청년패널 2021(YP 2021) 2차 조사 데이터를 활용하여 대졸 취업자의 비인지적 능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 분석 대상은 총 2,045명으로, 남성 783명(38.3%)과 여성 1,262명(61.75%)이다. 분석자료는 결측치 처리를 거친 후 기초통계분석을 수행하였으며, 구조방정식모형(SEM)을 적용하여 연구모형을 검증하였다. 주요 변수로는 건강, 업무 내용과 전공 일치도, 직업훈련 참여, 기업체 규모, 진로발달, 직장만족도로 구성되었다. 분석결과 첫째, 진로발달과 직장만족도는 비인지적 능력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 건강은 진로발달 및 비인지적 역량에 영향을 미치는 반면, 직업훈련 참여 경험은 직장만족도에는 부정적인 영향을 주며, 기업체 규모는 직장만족도에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로발달과 직장만족도가 비인지적 능력에 미치는 영향에서 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 대졸 취업자의 비인지적 능력 향상을 위한 진로발달과 직장만족도 제고의 중요성을 강조하고, 대학 교육과정과 기업 직무간 연계 강화의 필요성을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the factors influencing the non-cognitive abilities of college graduates in employment, using data from the second wave of the Korea Employment Information Service’s Youth Panel 2021 (YP 2021). The sample consisted of 2,045 participants, including 783 men (38.3%) and 1,262 women (61.75%). After handling missing values, basic statistical analyses were conducted, and the research model was tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The key variables in the analysis included health, job–major relevance, participation in vocational training, firm size, career development, and job satisfaction. The results showed, first, that career development and job satisfaction had significant effects on non-cognitive skills. Second, health had a positive impact on both career development and non-cognitive skills, whereas participation in vocational training had a negative effect on job satisfaction, and firm size showed no significant effect on job satisfaction. Third, career development and job satisfaction demonstrated mediating effects on the relationship with non-cognitive skills. Based on these findings, the study highlights the importance of enhancing career development and job satisfaction for improving the non-cognitive skills of employed college graduates, and proposes strengthening the link between university curricula and workplace duties.
