국문 초록

본 연구는 스크립트를 활용한 우정 증진 활동이 유아의 또래유능성과 또래상호작용에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 만 5세 유아 실험집단 24명, 비교집단 26명을 대상으로 8주간 12차시 스크립트를 활용한 우정 증진 활동을 실시하였으며, 실험 전후에 또래유능성과 또래상호작용에 대한 검사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 공변량분석(ANCOVA)을 실시하여 효과를 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 또래유능성은 실험집단과 비교집단 간 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였으며 하위요인인 사교성, 친사회성, 주도성에서도 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 또래상호작용에서는 하위요인인 놀이상호작용과 놀이방해에서는 유의한 차이가 나타났으나, 놀이단절에서는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 본 연구결과 스크립트를 활용한 우정 증진 활동은 유아의 또래유능성과 또래상호작용 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있으며, 유아의 우정 증진을 위해 활용할 교육적 가치가 있음을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to investigate the effects of friendship promotion activities using scripts on children's peer competence and peer interaction. The study involved 24 aged 5 in the experimental group and 26 in the control group. The intervention, consisting of friendship promotion activities using scripts, was implemented over 8 weeks. Peer competence and peer interaction were assessed before and after the intervention, and the collected data were analyzed using Analysis of Covariance (ANCOVA) to evaluate the effectiveness of the program. The results indicated statistically significant differences in peer competence between the experimental and control groups. Specifically, significant improvements were observed in the sub-domains of sociability, prosocial behavior, and initiative. Regarding peer interaction, significant differences were found in the sub-factors of play interaction and play interference, though no significant difference was observed in play disconnection. These findings suggest that script-based friendship promotion activities positively impact children's peer competence and interactions. The study highlights the educational value of such activities for fostering friendships among young children.
