예비유아교사의 인권감수성이 영유아권리존중인식에 미치는 영향: 인성 및 교직윤리의 매개효과*

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 예비유아교사의 인권감수성, 인성, 교직윤리가 영유아권리존중인식에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 인권감수성과 영유아권리존중인식의 관계에서 인성 및 교직윤리의 매개 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 예비유아교사 111명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 자료를 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 예비유아교사의 인권감수성은 영유아권리존중인식에 영향을 미쳤으며 인권감수성의 하위변인의 영향력은 책임지각, 결과지각 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 인성은 영유아권리존중인식에 영향을 미쳤으며 인성의 하위변인의 영향력은 교직 인성, 보편적 인성 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 예비 유아교사의 교직윤리는 영유아권리존중인식에 영향을 미쳤으며 교직윤리의 하위변인의 영향력은 영유아윤리, 사회윤리 순으로 나타났다. 넷째, 인권감수성과 영유아권리존중인식의 관계에서 인성, 교직윤리는 각각 부분 매개효과를 나타냈다. 본 연구는 예비유아교사의 영유아권리존중인식을 증진하기 위한 요소를 탐색하는데 기초자료를 제공하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study investigates the impact of pre-service early childhood teachers’ human rights sensitivity, personality, and professional ethics on their recognition of children’s rights. It also aims to verify the mediating effect of personality and professional ethics between human rights sensitivity and recognition of children’s rights. For this study, survey data from 111 pre-service early childhood teachers were collected and analyzed. The results of this study are as follows. First, the human rights sensitivity of pre-service early childhood teachers influenced the recognition of children’s rights, and the influence of the sub-variables of human rights sensitivity was in the order of responsibility perception and result perception. Second, the personality of pre-service early childhood teachers influenced the recognition of children’s rights, and the influence of the sub-variables of personality was in the order of professional personality and universal personality. Third, the professional ethics of pre-service early childhood teachers influenced the recognition of children’s rights, and the influence of the sub-variables of professional ethics was in the order of early childhood ethics and social ethics. Fourth, personality and professional ethics partially mediate between human rights sensitivity and recognition of children’s rights. This study is significant because it provides basic data to explore elements to promote pre-service early childhood teachers’ recognition of children’s rights.
