심방세동 환자간호 시뮬레이션 실습 경험에 대한 내용분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 심방세동 환자 간호 시뮬레이션 실습경험에 대한 의미와 본질을 탐색해 보기 위해 성찰 내용을 분석한 질적 연구이다. 연구는 경험에 내재된 의미적인 구조를 파악하여 간호 시뮬레이션 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료를 마련하는 데 있다. G시에 소재하는 일개 간호대학에서 실습을 경험한 간호대학생 61명을 대상으로 하였으며, 사전 강의, 프리브리핑, 녹화 및 디브리핑으로 설계하였다. 디브리핑에 대한 성찰일지 작성은 구조화된 질문지를 제공하여 학습 경험을 기술하도록 하였다. 수집된 자료는 질적 내용분석을 통해 분석하였다. 심방세동 환자 간호 시뮬레이션 실습 참여 경험을 바탕으로 4개의 범주와 11개의 하위요인이 도출되었다. 중심범주는 ‘디스트레스가 동반된 적응적 임상추론’, ‘실천적 지식탐색 과정 속 자기 성장’, ‘계획적인 간호 수행의 어려움’, ‘통합적 간호상황의 성찰’로 나타났다. 참여자들은 시뮬레이션 실습을 통해 전인 간호를 수행하기 위한 통합적 사고를 하게 되는 순간을 경험하였다. 이러한 결과는 간호대학생의 심방세동 환자 간호 시뮬레이션 실습교육 경험에 대한 이해를 증진시키고, 경험에 의한 내재된 인식과 행동 변화과정을 탐색해 봄으로써 다양한 시뮬레이션 교육 프로그램을 개발하고 운용하는데 기초자료가 될 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

This qualitative study analyzed the reflective experiences of undergraduate nursing students who participated in simulation-based practice for atrial fibrillation patient care, in order to understand the meaning and essence of their experiences. The purpose of the study was to identify the underlying structural meanings of these experiences and to provide foundational data for the development of programs aimed at enhancing nursing professionalism. The study involved 61 nursing students who experienced clinical practice at a nursing college located in G city, and it was designed to include pre-lectures, pre-briefing, recording, and debriefing. Reflective journals on debriefing were written by providing a structured questionnaire to describe the learning experiences. The collected data were analyzed through qualitative content analysis. Based on the students’ experiences, four categories and eleven subcategories were derived. The central categories identified were: “Adaptive clinical reasoning reasoning accompanied by distress,” “Self-growth through the process of practical knowledge exploration,” “Challenges in executing planned nursing intervention,” and “Reflection on integrated nursing situations.” Participants experienced moments of integrative thinking necessary for comprehensive nursing care through simulation training. These results are expected to enhance nursing students' understanding of their experience with simulation training for atrial fibrillation patients and provide a foundation for developing and implementing diverse simulation training programs by exploring the processes of cognitive and behavioral change resulting from this experience.
