초등학교 통합학급의 교육과정과 수업 구성요인 분석

국문 초록

이 연구는 초등학교 통합학급에 재학 중인 장애학생의 효율적인 수업지원을 위해 초등학교 통합학급의 교육과정과 수업 구성요인을 알아보기 위하여 수행되었다. 경상북도의 통합학급 교사 238명을 대상으로 수집한 교육과정과 수업에 대한 설문자료를 분석하였다. 설문 문항은 교육과정에 대한 5점 척도 24문항과 수업에 대한 5점 척도 24문항으로 구성되었다. 설문지는 요인 분석 및 신뢰도 분석으로 타당도와 신뢰도를 확보하였다. 이 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 초등학교 통합학급 교사의 장애학생을 위한 수업 구성요인에는 일반적인 교육과정과 수업실행에 대한 실천적 지식으로 구성되어 있으나, 교육과정의 효과를 보장하기 위한 장애학생을 위한 교육과정 구성지식과 교육과정 조정 등과 같은 요인은 제외되어 있다. 이 연구에서는 통합학급 교사의 장애학생에 대한 수업지원을 위해서는 장애학생의 특성 등을 고려한 교육과정과 수업의 실천적 지식이 선행되어야 함을 시사하고 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to clarify, compare and suggest the curriculum and instruction components in inclusive environment in elementary schools. In order to define the purpose of this study, 300 copies of the questionnaire for inclusive class teachers were distributed to 200 elementary schools with special classes located in Gyeongsangbuk-do, Korea. A total of 238 copies were analyzed for this study. T-test one-way ANOVA, and regression analysis were utilized for this study. The results of this study are that: (a) the practical structure on curriculum of inclusive class teachers was indicated for children with non-disabilities; (b) the structure on instruction of inclusive class teachers was related with instruction design and instruction process; and (c) there were very high correlation between curriculum and instruction, however in instruction process, the inclusive class teachers did consider the curriculum adaptation and instruction design method, not curriculum construction knowledge, curriculum effectiveness, and curriculum modification. Therefore this study concluded that the inclusive class teachers had general curriculum structure to teach the children with disabilities in inclusive environment, however there was limitation to ensure for effective instruction for the children with disabilities in inclusive environment.
