문화예술교육사의 팀티칭 경험과 의미

국문 초록

본 연구는 문화예술교육사가 팀티칭을 통해 어떠한 경험을 하는지, 그 경험의 의미는 무엇인지를 심층적으로 탐색하고자 하였다. 4명의 문화예술교육사와의 심층면담을 통해 팀티칭 경험이 문화예술교육사 개인의 성장과 문화예술교육 현장에 미치는 영향을 다각도로 분석하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 팀티칭의 긍정적 경험으로는 ‘문화예술교육사의 전문성 보완과 시너지효과’, ‘예술 장르 간 학습과 참여자 몰입도 향상’, ‘공동의 문제 해결 경험’이 도출되었다. 반면, 팀티칭의 어려움과 갈등 경험으로는 ‘교육 철학 및 태도 차이’, ‘불분명한 역할 분담과 감정적 소모’가 나타났다. 팀티칭의 교육적 영향으로는 ‘프로그램의 질 향상’과 ‘참여자에게 통합적 예술 경험 제공’이 확인되었다. 문화예술교육사로서의 성장으로는 ‘자기 인식과 교육 철학의 확장’, ‘실천적 역량 강화’가 핵심 주제로 나타났다. 마지막으로 문화예술교육사의 효과적인 팀티칭을 위한 제언으로 공동의 교육 철학과 수업 목표에 관한 방향성 설정, 역할 분담 및 프로그램 운영 체계에 대한 사전 조율과 피드백 체계 마련, 팀티칭 역량 강화를 위한 연수 및 워크숍 운영, 지속 가능한 네트워크 구축을 제시하였으며, 아울러 본 연구의 한계점 및 후속 연구를 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study explores the experiences of art and culture education instructor in team teaching and examines the meanings of those experiences. Through in-depth interviews with four art and culture education instructors, this study aims to analyze the effect of team teaching experience on their individual growth and on the field of culture and arts education from multiple perspectives. As a result of the study, the positive experiences of team teaching were 'supplementing professionalism and synergy effect of art and culture education instructor', 'cross-genre learning in art and improvement of participant immersion' and ‘collaborative problem-solving experience’. On the other hand, the difficulties and conflict experiences of team teaching included 'difference in educational philosophy and attitude' and 'unclear division of roles and emotional exhaustion'. Team teaching's educational influences were confirmed to 'improve program quality' and 'provide an integrated art experience to participants'. As for the growth as an art and culture education instructor, 'expansion of self-awareness and educational philosophy' and 'reinforcing practical capacity' were the core themes. As a suggestion for effective team teaching of art and culture education instructor, directional setting for common educational philosophy and instructional goals, pre-coordination and feedback on role sharing and program operation systems, training workshops to strengthen team teaching capabilities, and establishing a sustainable network were suggested.
