국문 초록

In China, the Hangzhou model is emerging with the rise of Six Small Dragons such as DeepSeek. In order to find the characteristics of the Hangzhou model, this paper first explains the process of emerging the Hangzhou model and presents the main variables of the regional development model. Next, we want to analyze the growth process of the Hangzhou Six Small Dragons, which served as an opportunity to highlight the Hangzhou model, find its characteristics, and further clarify the Hangzhou model. The characteristics of the Hangzhou model revealed based on the analysis of the growth process and current status of the Six Small Dragons are as follows: First, the Hangzhou government's policy of actively attracting and supporting core technology companies. Second, patience capital and long-term support contributed to the development of core technology companies in Hangzhou. Third, under urban conditions, it was advantageous to core technology companies compared to other cities. There was a storage unit that supplied excellent human resources. Fourth, it is the establishment of an ecosystem. The ecosystem built by Alibaba was particularly important in the Hangzhou model.
