국문 초록

This study conducted a comparative analysis of the impact on the steel industry using China's 2017 and 2020 input-output tables for more specific analysis. The main results are as follows. First, in terms of the influence coefficient, the overall influence coefficient ranges for 2017 and 2020 are 0.98814-1.23243 and 0.93555-1.06441, respectively. Compared to 2017, the overall influence coefficient range in 2020 was further reduced due to COVID-19. This means that as the steel industry increased by 1 unit, its influence decreased, indicating that not only the Chinese government's carbon neutrality declaration but also the economic downturn caused by COVID-19 had a complex effect. Second, in terms of the sensitivity coefficient, the overall sensitivity coefficient ranges for 2017 and 2020 are distributed as 0.54418-4.9087 and 0.67070-2.58807. Like the 2020 influence coefficient, the 2020 sensitivity coefficient also shows that the range of the 2017 sensitivity coefficient has been further reduced due to COVID-19.
