초등교사 직무 기반의 디지털 리터러시 검사 도구 개발 및 적용

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 확장된 디지털 리터러시의 개념과 구성요소를 반영하고, 초등학교 교사들이 수행하는 직무를 도출하여 직무 수행 과정에서 요구되는 디지털 리터러시를 진단할 수 있는 검사 도구를 개발하고 적용하는 것이다. 문헌분석을 통해 초등교사의 직무 수행 과정에서 요구되는 디지털 리터러시 진단 문항을 개발하였고, 전문가 집단의 타당도 검증을 거쳐 예비 검사와 본 검사를 실시하였다. 또한 개발된 검사도구를 활용하여 초등교사의 직무, 문항별, 응답자 배경별 디지털 리터러시 수준을 분석하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 디지털 리터러시의 구성요소와 초등교사의 직무, 임무, 과업별로 디지털 리터러시 문항을 개발하여 신뢰도와 타당도가 확보된 검사도구를 개발하였다. 둘째, 진단 결과, 수업·학습지도 직무 영역의 점수가 가장 낮았고 구체적인 문항으로는 AI기반 디지털 학습 도구, 가상공간‧증강현실 도구 사용 등에 낮은 수행을 보였다. 셋째, 초등교사의 성별, 학력, 나이, 경력 등 배경 변인에 따라 디지털 리터러시 수준에 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 관련 논의 및 디지털 리터러시 제고 방안을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study reflects the concept and components of digital literacy in line with the expansion of the concept of digital literacy, and develops and applies a measurement tool that can diagnose digital literacy required in the process of job performance by analyzing and deriving the tasks performed by elementary school teachers. To this end, a question for self-diagnosing the digital literacy required in the process of performing the job of elementary school teachers was developed, and a preliminary test and the main test were conducted through the validity of the expert group. In addition, using the developed measurement tool, we analyzed whether there is a difference in the level of digital literacy according to the job of elementary school teachers, the level of digital literacy by question, and the respondent's background (gender, educational background, age, career, Edutech work and experience as a leading teacher). As a result of the study, First, digital literacy items were developed for each job, duty, and task, reflecting the components of digital literacy and the job characteristics of primary teachers, and a test instrument was developed to ensure reliability and validity. Second, the results showed that teachers were performing poorly in the areas of teaching and learning guidance and, more specifically, in the use of AI-based digital learning tools and virtual and augmented reality tools. Third, significant differences in the level of digital literacy among primary school teachers according to their background variables were identified, and the ways to improve digital literacy were suggested.
