유아교사의 그릿 수준에 따른 창의성과 소진에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 독립변인인 유아교사의 그릿 수준에 따라 종속변인인 창의성과 소진에 차이가 있는지 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 통해 유아교사의 창의성을 높이고 소진을 낮출 수 있는 프로그램 개발의 기초자료를 제시하는 데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2017년 10월 부산, 경남 지역에 소재한 유아교육기관에 근무 중인 유아교사 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행한 뒤, 자료를 분석하였다. 그 결과 유아교사의 그릿의 수준에 따라 상·하집단으로 분류한 뒤 창의성과 소진에 차이가 있는지 분석한 결과 창의성과 소진 모두 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 유아교사의 질적 수준과 관련하여 중요한 변인인 창의성은 높이고 소진은 낮추기 위해서는 유아교사의 그릿을 증진시켜야 함을 시사하는 바이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference in creativity and burnout as dependent variables according to the grit level of early childhood teachers as an independent variable. Additionally, this study provides basic data for developing a program that can raise the creativity of early childhood teachers and reduce burnout. For this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey on 300 early childhood teachers at early childhood education institutions in Busan and Kyungnam in October 2017, and the data were analyzed. As a result, after classifying into upper and lower class according to the level of grit of the early childhood teachers, it was found that there was a significant difference in creativity and burnout between the upper and lower class of early childhood teachers. These results suggest that the grit of early childhood teachers should be promoted to increase creativity and decrease burnout, which are important variables related to the quality level of early childhood teachers.
