국문 초록

본 연구는 대졸자의 대학생활만족도와 직무일치도, 자기효능감, 직장만족도 간의 구조적 관계를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 한국직업능력연구원에서 제공한 한국교육고용패널조사Ⅱ 7차년도(2023) 자료를 활용하여 대졸 청년 취업자 276명을 대상으로 연구를 수행하였다. 연구분석은 SPSS와 AMOS 프로그램을 활용하여 구조방정식모형분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생활만족도는 직무일치도와 자기효능감 및 직장만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무일치도와 자기효능감은 직장만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학생활만족도는 직장만족도에 직접적으로 영향을 미치기도 하지만, 직무일치도와 자기효능감을 경유하여 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 분석 결과를 바탕으로 대학은 재학생들의 대학생활만족도를 높이면 직무일치도와 자기효능감이 제고되고, 궁극적으로 직장만족도를 높일 수 있음을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to verify the structural relationship among the satisfaction level of college life and the level of job match, self-efficacy, and the level of job satisfaction of university graduates. To accomplish this task, the data from the 7th year (2023) of the Korea Education & Employment Panel Survey conducted on 276 young college graduates, provided by the Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education & Training were used. For the analysis of this research, structural equation model analysis was conducted using SPSS and AMOS programs. The results of the study are as follows. First, it was found that the level of college life satisfaction had a positive (+) effect on the level of job match, self-efficacy, and the level of job satisfaction. Second, the level of job match and self-efficacy were found to have a positive (+) effect on the level of job satisfaction. Third, it was confirmed that the level of college life satisfaction not only had a direct effect on the level of job satisfaction, but also indirectly affect through the level of job match and self-efficacy. Based on the results of the analysis, it was proposed that increasing the the level of satisfaction of current students’ college life can improve the level of job match and self-efficacy after employment, and ultimately increase the level of job satisfaction.
