국문 초록

본 연구는 진로설계의 관점에서 중요한 교육적 의미를 지니는 창업교육 교과목에 디자인씽킹 기반 창업수업을 적용하여, 대학생의 기업가정신, 창의적 자기효능감, 그리고 사회적 문제해결력에 미치는 효과를 검증하고자 수행되었다. 연구대상은 경남지역 A대학 인문사회 및 경영계열 3~4학년 재학생 30명으로 설정하였으며, 이들을 대상으로 기업가정신, 창의적 자기효능감, 사회적 문제해결력에 대한 사전·사후 변화를 확인하기 위해 대응표본 t-검증을 실시하였다. 또한 FGI를 통해 디자인씽킹 창업수업의 내용, 교수법, 학습 자료 및 지원 체계에 대한 학생들의 의견을 체계적으로 분석하고 개선방안을 도출하였다. 연구결과, 디자인씽킹 창업수업은 대학생들의 기업가정신, 창의적 자기효능감 및 사회적 문제해결력에 긍정적인 효과를 나타낸 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 창업교육에서 디자인씽킹의 중요성을 강조하며, 학생들이 실제 문제를 해결하고 혁신적 아이디어를 개발하는 데 필요한 핵심 역량을 개발할 수 있도록 돕는 교육 방법론의 효과를 입증한다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 대학은 창업교육 교과목의 설계 및 개선에 필요한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있으며, 교육자와 정책 입안자는 창업교육 프로그램 및 정책 수립에 유용한 정보로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 이는 궁극적으로 대학생들이 창업가로서 성공적인 경력을 쌓을 수 있는 기반을 마련하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to examine the effects of applying design thinking-based entrepreneurship education in a course focused on career planning, assessing its impact on college students' entrepreneurial spirit, creative self-efficacy, and social problem-solving skills. A paired sample t-test was conducted to investigate the pre-post effects on entrepreneurial spirit, creative self-efficacy, and social problem-solving skills among 30 junior and senior students from the humanities and business department of University A in the Gyeongnam region, who had taken a design thinking entrepreneurship course. Additionally, through the FGI, the students' opinions regarding the content, teaching methods, learning materials, and support systems of the Design Thinking Entrepreneurship course were systematically analyzed, and improvement measures were derived. The results indicated that the design thinking entrepreneurship classes positively influenced students' entrepreneurial spirit, creative self-efficacy, and social problem-solving skills. These findings emphasize the importance of design thinking in entrepreneurship education and demonstrate the effectiveness of this educational methodology in helping students develop the core competencies necessary to solve real-world problems and innovate. Based on these results, universities can use this research as foundational data for designing and improving entrepreneurship education courses. Educators and policymakers can also utilize this information in developing entrepreneurship education programs and policies. Ultimately, this can help college students build a successful career as entrepreneurs.
