중학생의 기업가정신이 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 영향: 문제해결력의 매개효과, 회복탄력성의 조절효과 검증

국문 초록

본 연구는 중학생의 기업가정신이 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 영향에서 문제해결력의 매개효과와 회복탄력성의 조절효과를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 정규 진로활동 시간에 운영된 10차시 기업가정신 프로그램에 참여한 경기도 소재 중학교 1·2학년 학생 208명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. SPSS 22를 활용하여 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하고 R 4.5.1을 활용하여 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 타당도가 확보된 최종 문항의 신뢰도 검증 후 성별과 학년을 통제하고 PROCESS macro(Model 8, 부트스트랩 5,000회, 95% 신뢰수준)로 변인 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 기업가정신은 문제해결력과 진로결정자기효능감에 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 보였고, 기업가정신과 진로결정자기효능감 간의 관계를 문제해결력이 유의하게 매개하였다. 회복탄력성은 기업가정신→문제해결력 경로에서는 조절효과가 나타나지 않았으나, 기업가정신→진로결정자기효능감의 직접경로에서는 부(-)적 조절효과가 확인되어, 회복탄력성이 낮을수록 기업가정신이 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 긍정적 효과가 더 크게 나타났다. 한편 조절된 매개효과는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 중학생 대상 기업가정신 교육이 전반적으로 진로결정자기효능감 향상에 기여함을 보여주며, 특히 회복탄력성이 낮은 학생에게서 효과가 더 크게 발현될 수 있음을 시사한다. 교육 현장에서는 회복탄력성이 낮은 학생들의 진로결정자기효능감을 높이기 위해 기업가정신 교육을 적극적으로 실행하는 것이 하나의 방법이 될 수 있다는 것을 제안한다.

영문 초록

This study examined the mediating role of problem-solving and the moderating role of resilience in the relationship between middle school students’ entrepreneurship and their career decision-making self-efficacy (CDMSE). Data were collected from 208 first- and second-year students in Gyeonggi-do who participated in a 10-session entrepreneurship program. Reliability and validity were established through exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and the hypothesized model was tested using PROCESS macro (Model 8), controlling for gender and grade level as covariates. The results showed that entrepreneurship had a significant positive effect on both problem-solving and CDMSE, with problem-solving mediating the relationship. Although resilience did not moderate the entrepreneurship-to-problem-solving path, it negatively moderated the direct path from entrepreneurship to CDMSE, suggesting that the positive effect of entrepreneurship was stronger for students with lower resilience. Nevertheless, the moderated mediation effect was not statistically significant. These findings suggest that entrepreneurship education enhances CDMSE among middle school students and may be particularly beneficial for those with lower resilience. The results highlight the educational value of integrating entrepreneurship education into school-based career programs.
