AI-Hub 구어체 중·한 말뭉치 활용 촉각어 ‘热’의 한국어 의미 확장 연구 - 개념적 은유·환유 네트워크 분석을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 AI-Hub 한국어–중국어 구어체 병렬 말뭉치를 기반으로 중국어 촉각어‘热’의 한국어 의미 확장을 개념적 은유·환유 관점에서 분석하였다. ‘热’는 물리적 온도 의미를 넘어 정서, 사회적 반응, 분위기 등 다양한 추상적 개념으로 확장되었으며, 이 과정에서 VITALITY IS HEAT, EMOTION IS HEAT 등 은유 구조와 환유·은환유가 복합적으로 작동하였다. 중-한 비교에서는 직접 대응, 문화적 조정, 구조적전환의 세 층위가 나타나 두 언어의 개념화 방식과 문화적 차이를 보여주었다. 본연구는 구어체 자료를 통한 실증 분석으로 기존 문어 중심 감각어 연구의 한계를 보완하고, 언어 간 개념 체계 비교의 방법론적 가능성을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study analyzes the semantic extension of the Chinese tactile term 热(“heat”) in Korean, using the Chinese–Korean colloquial parallel corpus from AI-Hub. From broadcast-based colloquial data, 777 sentences containing 热 were identified, of which 411 with clear semantic categorization were selected. The expressions were classified into five semantic domains—physical, physiological, emotional, social, and abstract—and examined through both quantitative and qualitative methods. Results show that 热 extends beyond its literal temperature meaning to express abstract concepts such as emotional states, social reactions, and situational atmosphere. Conceptual metaphors played a dominant role, with VITALITY IS HEAT, EMOTION IS HEAT, and SOCIAL ATTENTION IS HEAT being the most frequent. Metaphtonymy cases demonstrated how metaphor and metonymy interact in real discourse. Comparative analysis revealed three correspondence types between Chinese and Korean: direct equivalence, cultural modulation, and structural transformation, reflecting differences in conceptualization and cultural cognition. This study supplements prior written-language–oriented sensory word research by providing empirical evidence from colloquial data and offers methodological insights for cross-linguistic conceptual system analysis within cognitive linguistics.
