국문 초록

개혁개방 이래 중국경제가 급성장한 주요 원인으로 국가의 역할을 인정하지 않는평가는 거의 없다. 중국의 정치체제가 여전히 당국 체제에 머물러 있는 점에 대해선비판적인 입장을 취하더라도, 전례없는 경제성장을 이룩한 점에 대해선 그 효율성을높이 평가하는 것이다. 중국의 국가 주도 경제를 이해하기 위해선 아편전쟁 이래 중국이 자본주의 세계화에 편입되는 과정에서 어떠한 방식으로 경제 근대화를 이루려고 한 것인지의 문제를 고찰해야 한다. 근대 중국의 경제 재건 과정에서 형성된 특성들이 현재의 국가 주도 경제의 기반이 되었기 때문이다. 특히 량치차오의 국민경제론과 개혁방안은 이론적 차원에서 중국식 특성을 형성하는 데 주요한 역할을 했으며, 중국의 국가 주도 경제의 역사성을 찾기 위해 반드시 논의해야 할 문제라고 할것이다.

영문 초록

In order to understand China's state-led economy, it is necessary to examine how China has attempted to achieve economic modernization in the process of being incorporated into capitalist globalization since the Opium Wars.,This is because the characteristics formed during the economic reconstruction process of modern China are linked to China's response to the current national competition. In particular, Liang Qichao's theory of national economy and reform measures seem to have played a major role in forming Chinese-style characteristics on a theoretical level, which must be discussed to find the historicity of China's state-led economy. Modern China's national economic theory and reform measures were raised in this domestic and international situation.,However, after the Sino-Japanese War, the civil war, and the Cold War, the wartime economy under the national mobilization system was formed, and through the reform and opening, the efficiency of the state-led economy could be demonstrated by utilizing the advantages of globalization.
