국문 초록

연구목적: 이 연구의 목적은 학교운동부 관련 선행연구에서 생성된 지식체계를 살펴보는 데 있다. 이를 바탕으로 향후 연구 수행 및 정책 수립을 위한 시사점을 도출하는 데 연구의 의의가 있다. 연구방법: 이를 위해 2000년부터 2024년까지 KCI 등재 학술지 연구물 중 학교운동부 운영과 관련된 연구물을 대상으로 형성된 담론을 분석하였다. 수집된 논문은 넷마이너(NetMiner) 소프트웨어를 활용한 토픽모델링(LDA) 기법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과: 텍스트 마이닝 분석 방법 중 토픽모델링(Topic modeling)을 통해 도출된 네 가지 학술적 담론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학생선수 균형성장 담론이 가장 주요한 담론으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 학생선수 성장 핵심 주체로서 지도자 담론이 확인되었다. 셋째, 감독교사 수행 경험 어려움 담론은 시기의 흐름에 따라 계속 확장되는 양상으로 나타났다. 넷째, 학교운동부 교육적 운영 담론은 학생선수 균형성장 담론과 함께 주요한 담론으로 확인되었다. 결론: 이상의 연구 결과 및 논의를 바탕으로 학교운동부 운영을 위한 정책적 시사점으로 학생선수의 전인적 성장을 위한 통합적 지원체계 구축과 학교운동부 지도자에 대한 교육적 정체성 확립 등을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the knowledge system generated from prior research on school sports teams. Based on this, the study's significance lies in deriving implications for future research and policy development. Methods: To this end, Discourse formed among research papers related to the operation of school sports clubs among academic journals listed in KCI from 2000 to 2024 was analyzed. The collected papers were analyzed using the topic modeling (LDA) technique using NetMiner software. Results: The four academic discourses derived through topic modeling among text mining analysis methods are as follows. First, the discourse on balanced growth of student athletes was identified as the most important discourse. Second, the discourse on leaders was identified as the key subject of student athlete growth. Third, the discourse on the difficulties of supervising teachers' performance experience was found to continue to expand over time. Fourth, the discourse on the educational management of school sports clubs was identified as a major discourse along with the discourse on the balanced growth of student athletes. Conclusion: Based on the above research results and discussions, policy implications for the operation of school sports clubs were proposed, such as establishing an integrated support system for the holistic growth of student athletes and establishing an educational identity for school sports club leaders.
