국문 초록

본 연구는 상급종합병원 응급구조사를 대상으로 두 가지 모델의 인공호흡기 모듈의 사용적합성평가를 수행하여 사용성에 대한 평가와 사용자의 만족도를 분석하였고, 향후 전문 의료진과 일반인을 대상으로 사용 친화적인 기기를 개발하는 데 있어서 기초 자료로 활용하고자 시행되었다. 평가 분석은 SPSS 26.0을 이용하여 각 모듈의 평가 비교를 위해 Independent T-test를 실시하였다. 각 모듈에 대해 평가자와 평가대상자의 평가 결과, 전반적으로 평가의 완료 기준을 충족하였지만, 조작의 안정성 및 구동 방식에 대한 어려움이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 전문 의료진과 일반인을 포함한 사용자 중심의 개발과 사용 친화적인 설계의 필요하며, 이는 안전한 의료환경을 구축할 수 있도록 인식을 개선하는 데 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to evaluate the usability of two types of ventilator modules among emergency medical technicians (EMTs) in general hospitals. The evaluation focused on assessing usability and user satisfaction, with the aim of providing foundational data for the development of user-friendly devices targeted at both healthcare professionals and the general public. The evaluation analysis was conducted using SPSS 26.0, and Independent T-tests were performed to compare the assessments of each module. The results indicated that, overall, the evaluation criteria were met for both modules. However, difficulties were noted in terms of operational stability and the method of use. Therefore, there is a need for user-centered development and user-friendly design, including both medical professionals and the general public. It is expected that this approach will contribute to improving safety awareness and help establish a safer medical environment.
