국문 초록

본 연구는 주요 선진국의 국가암검진 성과모니터링 사례를 고찰하여, 우리나라 국가암검진이 지속가능한 성과평가와 모니터링 체계를 구축하는데 필요한 기초자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 주요 선진국 암검진 프로그램의 운영 현황과 성과모니터링 체계를 문헌 고찰을 통해 비교·분석하였다. 분석 결과를 바탕으로 우리나라 국가암검진 성과지표와 모니터링 방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to provide basic data for Korea's national cancer screening program to establish a sustainable performance evaluation and monitoring system by examining the performance monitoring cases of national cancer screening programs in major developed countries. To this end, we compared and analyzed the operation status and performance monitoring systems of cancer screening programs in major developed countries through a literature review. Based on the results of the analysis, performance indicators and monitoring measures for Korea's national cancer screening program were proposed.
