보건의료 전공생과 비보건계열 여대생의 헬스 리터러시와 e-헬스 리터러시의 비교 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 보건의료 전공생과 비보건계열 여대생의 헬스 리터러시와 e-헬스 리터러시를 비교하고, 두 변인 간의 관계를 파악하여 대학생의 건강증진 정책과 프로그램 개발에 유용한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해 보건의료 전공생 100명, 비보건계열 여대생 128명을 대상으로 헬스 리터러시와 e-헬스 리터러시를 측정하였고, 통계분석은 χ2 test, t-test, ANOVA, 상관분석을 실시하였다. 보건의료 전공생과 비보건계열 여대생의 헬스 리터러시(t=-2.331, p=.021)와 e-헬스 리터러시(t=-3.888, p<.001)는 차이가 있었고, 두 변인 간 관련성은 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 대학생의 다양한 전공을 고려하여 헬스 리터러시와 e-헬스 리터러시를 향상시키기 위한 맞춤형 교육 프로그램을 제공해야 함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to compare the health literacy and e-health literacy of undergraduate women majoring in health care and non-health care, and to identify the relationship between these two variables. Health literacy and e-health literacy were measured in 100 health care majors and 128 non-health care majors, and the analysis was conducted using χ2 test, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The results showed that health literacy(t=-2.331, p=.021) and e-health literacy(t=-3.888, p<.001) were significantly different between health care and non-health care majors, and there was no relationship between the two variables. The results of this study suggest that tailored education programs should be provided to improve the health literacy and e-health literacy among different student groups.
