국문 초록

최근 지역사회 노인인구 증가로 장기 요양기관 창업이 증가하고 있으나, 간호사들의 장기 요양기관 창업 빈도가 낮다. 본 연구는 장기요양기관 간호창업자 직무분석을 위해 데이컴 기법을 이용하였다. 직무분석으로 FGI를 실시하여 임무와 작업내용을 도출한 후 타당도 검증을 실시하였다.. 11명의 장기 요양기관 센터장 FGI와 문헌 고찰을 통해 12개의 임무(Duty), 80개의 과업(Task)을 개발하여 5인의 전문가를 통해 내용타당도를 검증하였다. 검증된 임무와 과업의 수행 빈도, 중요도, 난이도를 조사하여 항목이 CVI 8.0 이상을 채택하여 12개의 임무, 61개 과업을 도출하였으며, 각 임무의 중요도, 수행빈도, 난이도를 비교 분석하여 창업을 위한 교육자료로 유용할 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

Recently, the elderly population was increased in the community, also the number of businesses starting long-term care facilities is increasing, but the frequency of nurses starting long-term care facilities is low. We would like to analyze the jobs of founders of long-term care institutions. This study conducts FGI through job analysis using the DACUM to duty and task and then conducts validity verification. 12 duties and 80 tasks were developed through literature review and FGI from 11 long-term care center directors, and content validity was verified by 5 experts. By investigating the performance frequency, importance, and difficulty of verified duties and tasks, 12 duties and 61 tasks were derived by CVI of 8.0 higher. The importance, performance frequency, and difficulty of each duties were compared and analyzed to determine the It is expected that it will be useful as educational material.
