국문 초록

이 연구는 지체장애학교에서 교육과정 운영 경험을 자문화기술지 방법을 통해 탐구하였고, 이를 시스템 사고의 관점으로 사회·문화적 맥락과 연결하여 이해하고자 하였다. 이에 개인의 경험자료를 바탕으로 면담자료와 문화적 인공물 등을 수집하여 선행연구와 연결 지어 지체장애학교 교육과정 운영 경험의 의미를 분석하였다. 분석을 통한 경험의 이해는 시스템 사고의 인과순환지도를 활용하여 이해하였고, 이를 바탕으로 개선을 위한 지렛대(leverage)를 탐색해 보았다. 이러한 과정을 통한 이 연구 결과는 교육 변화와 환경 지체, 교육 주체의 혼란, 교육과정 재구성 어려움이 경험의 주요 의미로 나타났으며, 연구 결과를 바탕으로 도출된 지렛대는 다음과 같다. 첫째 교육과정 업무 부담 완화를 위한 학교 공감 문화 확산, 둘째 교사의 교육과정 전문성 향상, 셋째 개별화 교육계획 내실화 등이었다. 이 연구는 특수교육 현장에서 개인의 경험을 시스템 사고의 관점을 활용하여 이해하려는 시도였으며, 지체장애학교 교육과정 개선과 변화 도모를 위한 의미와 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다.

영문 초록

This study explored the experience of curriculum operation in schools with physical disabilities through Autoethnography, and tried to understand this by connecting it with social and cultural contexts from the perspective of systems thinking. Therefore, based on individual experience data, interview data and cultural artifacts were collected and linked to previous studies to analyze the meaning of the experience of operating the curriculum in schools with physical disabilities. Understanding of experience through analysis was understood using the causal loop map of systems thinking, and leverage for improvement was explored. The results of this study through this process showed that educational change, environmental delay, confusion of educational subjects, and difficulty in reorganizing the curriculum were the main meanings of experience, and the leverage through this study is as follows. First, it was the spread of school empathy culture to ease the burden on the curriculum, second, the improvement of teachers’ curriculum expertise, and third, the internalization of individualized education plans. This study was an attempt to understand individual experiences in the field of special education using the perspective of system thinking, and it was intended to provide meaning and implications for improving and changing the curriculum for schools with physical disabilities.
