청소년센터 기반 청소년 진로활동 프로그램 모형 개발

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 2022 개정 교육과정의 학교와 지역사회 연계 방향과 청소년의 성장 지원의 필요성을 바탕으로, 청소년센터 기반의 진로활동 모형을 개발하는 것이며, 학교에서의 진로개발역량 함양 및 다양한 진로활동을 지역사회와 연계하여 효과적으로 설계하고 운영하는 데 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 국내·외 문헌을 고찰하여 청소년 진로활동 프로그램 모형의 내용을 도출하고, 델파이 조사를 통하여 청소년 진로활동 프로그램 모형을 타당화하여 개발하였다. 그 결과 최종적으로 개발한 청소년 진로활동 프로그램의 구성 요소는 청소년 진로활동 프로그램의 목적, 대상, 영역별 대상, 영역별 내용, 활동 방법 및 전략, 평가이다. 또한 청소년 진로활동 프로그램의 구성 요소에 따라 내용을 구체적으로 제시하여 청소년 진로활동 프로그램 모형을 개발하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 청소년 진로활동 활성화를 위해 학교 안팎의 진로활동을 위한 연계 시스템 구축하고, 학교와 청소년센터 간 협의체 운영하여 실과 교과에서의 진로개발 역량 및 다양한 진로 설계를 위한 지속적인 소통 및 협력을 강화하는 것이 필요하다. 또한 학교와 청소년센터 전문가 간 전문성을 함양하기 위한 협력과 지역사회의 진로 체험 공간 및 전문 지도사 인력을 공유하여 실과 수업에서 다루기 어려운 다양한 진로 체험과 탐색 활동을 제공할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

This study aims to develop a youth center-based career activity program model guided by the school-community linkage framework of the 2022 revised curriculum and the need to support the holistic growth of adolescents. It seeks to design and implement programs that enhance career development competencies and offer diverse career-related activities in schools through collaboration with local communities. To this end, the study reviewed domestic and international literature to derive the content of the program model, which was then validated and refined through a Delphi survey. The resulting program model comprises the following components: purpose, target audience, domain-specific targets, domain-specific content, activity methods and strategies, and evaluation. Additionally, the program model provides specific content corresponding to each component. The findings suggest that to activate youth career activities, it is necessary to establish a linkage system for career activities both inside and outside schools, form a consultative body that bridges schools and youth centers, and strengthen continuous communication and collaboration to foster career development competencies and diverse career planning in practical arts education. Furthermore, efforts should be made to enhance the professionalism of school and youth center experts, along with sharing spaces for career experiences and professional instructors both inside and outside schools. This can provide diverse career experiences and exploration activities that may be difficult to address in practical arts classes.
