국문 초록

연구목적: 현행 영유아교육과정에서 잠재적 교육과정의 의미를 탐구하였다. 연구방법: 잠재된 데이터를 실재화하는 방법으로 데이터 읽기가 이루어졌다. 즉, 비활성화된 관찰 데이터를 다시 불러내어 철학적 사유와 함께 재조명하는 글쓰기를 실천하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, Hide-and-Seek을 통한 잠재적 교육과정의 의미 덩이를 전복하기 둘째, 교육과정 생성 패러다임에서 잠재적 교육과정의 의미-선 만들기 셋째, 놀이, 경험, 배움의 세 가지 선으로 엮인 잠재와 실재의 그물망에서 배움 읽기를 통해 잠재적 교육과정과 공식적 교육과정의 짜임에 대한 예술성과 그에 따른 윤리에 대해 논하였다. 논의 및 결론: ‘hidden’이 아닌 ‘potential’로써 잠재적 교육과정의 의미를 새롭게 열고, 윤리적 감응성에 기반한 배움 읽기로 교육과정을 실재화하는 교사의 실천이 중요함을 제안하여 생성의 교육과정 패러다임 전환에 기여할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study explores the meaning of the potential curriculum embedded within the current early childhood education curriculum. Method: Data reading was employed as a method to actualize latent data. Inactive observational data were reinterpreted through philosophical reflection, embodying a writing practice that brings hidden dimensions into focus. Results: First, the study subverted the conventional notion of hidden curriculum by engaging in a ‘hide-and-seek’ approach to uncover its meaningful layers. Second, it proposed a paradigm shift toward curriculum-as-becoming, emphasizing the potential curriculum as a process of “making lines.” Third, the interweaving of play, experience, and learning was analyzed as a mesh of potential and actual, revealing the aesthetic and ethical dimensions of how potential and official curricula are intertwined. Conclusion: This study reconceptualizes the hidden curriculum as “potential,” emphasizing the teacher’s role in realizing curriculum through ethically responsive “reading of learning.” It contributes to shifting the curriculum paradigm toward one of emergence and creative formation.
