장애학생의 성행동 문제 유형 분석

국문 초록

이 연구는 특수학교에 재학 중인 중등부 정신지체 학생 및 뇌성마비 학생을 중심으로 장애 학생의 성행동 문제 유형을 알아보았다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다: 첫째, 장애학생의 성행동 문제의 출현율은 27.81%로 나타났다; 둘째, 장애 남학생과 여학생 모두 다른 사람을 무분별하게 만지거나 껴안기 행동이 가장 많이 나타나고 있으며, 남학생은 성인용 잡지나 음란물 탐닉, 타인의 성적 요구에 거부하지 않고 응하기 등의 행동이, 여학생은 성행위 흉내 내기, 다른 사람의 생식기 만지기 등의 행동이 각각 다른 이성에게는 표출되지 않는 행동으로 나타나고 있다. 중학생과 고등학생 모두 다른 사람을 무분별하게 만지거나 껴안기 행동이 가장 많이 나타나고 있으며, 중학생은 생식기 노출 행동이, 고등학생은 이성의 화장실 출입 행동이 각각 다른 학교과정 학생에게는 표출되지 않는 행동으로 나타나고 있다. 정신지체학생과 뇌성마비학생 모두 다른 사람을 무분별하게 만지거나 껴안기 행동이 가장 많이 나타나고 있으며, 정신지체학생은 생식기 노출, 타인의 성적 요구에 거부하지 않고 응하기 행동이, 뇌성마비학생은 성인용 잡지나 음란물 탐닉, 이성의 화장실 출입 행동이 각각 다른 장애유형 학생에게는 표출되지 않는 행동으로 나타나고 있다. 경도 학생은 이성의 가슴 만지기가, 중증 학생은 공공장소에서의 자위행위가 각각 가장 많은 성행동 문제 유형으로 나타나고 있으며, 경도 학생은 타인의 성적 요구에 거부하지 않고 응하기, 성인용 잡지나 음란물 탐닉 행동이, 중증 학생은 공공장소에서 옷 벗기, 생식기 노출이 각각 다른 장애유형 학생에게는 표출되지 않는 행동으로 나타나고 있다; 셋째, 장애학생의 성행동 문제의 전반적 서열은 다른 사람을 무분별하게 만지거나 껴안기, 공공장소에서의 자위행위, 이성의 가슴 만지기 등의 순으로 나타났다. 이 연구의 결과는 장애 학생을 위한 성교육 프로그램을 개발하는 데 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the sexual behavior problems of students with disabilities in secondary special school. The results of this study were as followings: First, the appearance rate of sexual behavior problem of students with disabilities in secondary special school was 27.81%; Second, the best frequent sexual problem behavior was indiscreetly touching or embracing others, which was commonly in male and female students with disabilities. The distinctive behaviors of male students with disabilities was indulging pornography and accepting another's sexual demands. The distinctive behaviors of female students with disabilities was imitating sexual behavior and touching the sexual organs of others. The best frequent sexual problem behavior was indiscreetly touching or embracing others, which was commonly in middle and high school students with disabilities. The distinctive behaviors of middle school students with disabilities was exposing sexual organ. The distinctive behaviors of high school students with disabilities was entering opposite sex toilet. The best frequent sexual problem behavior was indiscreetly touching or embracing others, which was commonly in students with mental retardation and students with cerebral palsy. The distinctive behaviors of students with mental retardation was exposing sexual organ and accepting another's sexual demands. The distinctive behaviors of students with cerebral palsy was indulging pornography and entering opposite sex toilet. The best frequent sexual problem behavior of students with mild disabilities was touching the breast of opposite sex. The best frequent sexual problem behavior of students with severe disabilities was masturbating in public; Third, the frequent rank of sexual problem behavior in students with disabilities was indiscreetly touching or embracing others, masturbating in public, and touching the breast of opposite sex. The results of this study will be used as basic data to develop sex education for students with disabilities.
