긍정적 행동지원이 자폐성장애 유아의 수업방해행동 및 사회적 상호작용 행동에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 만 3-4세 자폐성 장애 유아 2명을 대상으로 긍정적 행동지원이 대상 유아들의 수업 방해 행동과 사회적 상호작용 행동에 미치는 효과를 알아보는데 목적을 두었다. 본 연구에서는 기능평가를 통하여 개별 유아에 대한 행동 지원 계획을 선행사건 중재, 대안행동 중재, 후속결과 중재로 수립하여 대상자간 중다 기초선 설계를 이용하여 중재를 실시하였으며 중재기간은 대상 유아별20-25회기 정도이다. 중재 후 일주일 후 유지 효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 긍정적 행동지원은 대상 유아들의 자리이탈, 부적절한 착석태도, 부적절한 언어적 행동의 수업방해 행동을 감소시키는데 효과적이었다. 둘째, 긍정적 행동지원은 대상 유아들의 관심가지기 행동, 요구하기 행동의 사회적 상호작용 행동을 증가시키는데 효과적이었다. 결론적으로 긍정적 행동지원은 자폐성 장애 유아가 수업상황에서 일으킬 수 있는 수업 방해 행동을 감소시키고 교사와의 긍정적인 사회적 상호작용 행동을 증가시켜 유아의 전반적인 삶의 영역에서 긍정적인 효과를 보여주었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of positive behavior support on the class interference behaviors and social interaction behaviors of children with Autism. In this study, two children with autism participated. Functional assessment were conducted to gather informations of their antecedents, behaviors and consequences in class settings. Behavior support team of each student collected data and discussed about function of the problem behavior. Based on team's summary, positive behavior support of multicomponent intervention was designed. The intervention of each child's positive behavior support plan was conducted for 20 ～ 25 session, 5 times a week at classroom. Multiple baseline across subjects was used and the frequency of children's class interference behaviors and social interaction behaviors were measured. The results obtained from this study are as follows:First, the frequency of the Participants' class interference behaviors were reduced through positive behavior support. Second, the frequency of the Participants' social interaction behaviors were increased through positive behavior support. In conclusion, the positive behavior support based on functional assessment indicated decrease of class interference behaviors and increase of social interaction behaviors of children with autism.
