장애 아동 부모교육 관련 학술지에서의 연구동향

국문 초록

본 연구는 최근 장애아동 부모교육의 전반적인 연구동향을 알아보고 시사점을 탐색하고자 수행된 연구이다. 문헌분석을 위해 2000년부터 2012년까지의 국내 학술지에 게재된 47편을 대상으로 연구대상, 연구유형, 연구주제, 중재내용 동향을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 연구대상의 장애영역은 정서 행동장애와 발달지체 영역의 연구가 활발하였고 감각장애 영역은 적었다. 연구대상은 아동의 경우 유아와 초등학생이 대부분이었고, 부모의 경우 주로 어머니를 대상으로 하였다. 둘째, 연구유형별로 분석한 결과 실험연구, 조사연구, 내용분석의 순으로 나타났다. 실험연구는 사전사후 통제집단 설계를 적용한 것이 많았고, 조사연구는 질문지법을 적용하였다. 셋째, 연구주제는 아동대상의 실험연구는 의사소통 능력의 효과를 본 것이 많았고, 부모의 경우 양육스트레스에 관한 연구가 많았다. 조사연구는 대부분 부모교육 프로그램에 대한 요구와 실태에 관한 것이었다. 마지막으로 실험연구의 중재내용은 인지영역과 행동주의 영역이 대부분이었다. 장애아동의 부모교육은 생애단계별로 요구되는 바가 상이하다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 추후에도 아동과 부모 뿐 아니라 가족지원 차원에서 다양한 발달영역에 관심을 가지고 지속적인 연구들이 수행되어야 할 필요성에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the current research trends in academic journals, subjects of research, methods of research and data collection, research topics, dependents variables, and independents variables. This study analyzed on 47 researches related parent education of children with disabilities published in Korea from 2000 to 2012. The followings were the results of the analysis. First, while the most topics of the researches were behavioral disorders followed by developmental delay and mental retardation, the area of visual, physical, hearing impairments takes relatively little. Classifying subjects into children and parents, for children, the most researches were related infant and young children and elementary school children. Also, for parents, researches for mothers accounted for the largest portion. Second, regarding studies on research type and method of data collection, the frequency of studies used experimental study and descriptive study was almost the same. In experimental study, pretest-posttest control group design was used the most frequently. In descriptive study, content analysis and survey research was used the most frequently. Third, regarding research topics and dependents variables, parents' demands and parent education program and fact finding survey were mostly studied in survey researches. It seems that researches of parents` demands and survey for current condition are basic in planning parent education programs. In experimental study, in children’s side, studies on children’s communication skill abilities and in parents' side, studies on parenting stress were mostly researched. Fourth, in the contents of intervention in experimental studies, most studies were focused on cognitive theory followed by behaviorism.
