국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 중국 스마트폰중독 위험고등학생의 중독성향에 영향을 미치는 변인을 분석하는 것이었다. 편의군집표집한 중국 북경 소재 3개 고등학교의 학생 1,200명으로부터 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였고, 스마트폰 중독 자가진단 척도에 근거하여 위험군 기준 점수인 42점 이상을 받은 117명을 최종 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 연구문제를 검증하기 위하여 빈도, 백분율, 상관분석 및 회귀분석을 적용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스마트폰 사용 동기는 ‘주변 사람들과의 폭넓은 커뮤니케이션을 위해서’가 가장 높은 응답율을 나타냈다. 가장 많이 사용하는 스마트폰 기능은 메신저였으며, 스마트폰 사용에 만족하는 가장 큰 이유는 폭넓은 인맥을 형성할 수 있기 때문으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중국 스마트폰중독 위험고등학생의 중독성향과 상관이 있는 변인은 학교생활 부적응, 스트레스, 스마트폰 사용시간으로 나타났다. 셋째, 회귀분석 결과에 따르면 중국 스마트폰중독 위험고등학생들의 중독성향에 영향을 미치는 변인은 스트레스와 스마트폰 사용시간으로 나타났다. 즉 스트레스 수준이 높고 스마트폰 사용시간이 길수록 스마트폰 중독성향이 높게 나타났다. 연구결과에 기초하여 스마트폰 중독 예방을 위해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the study was to analyze the variables influencing on the addiction tendencies of Chinese high school students at-risk for smartphone addiction. One thousand two-hundred Chinese high school students selected from three high schools responded to the questionnaire sent by mail. The data of 117 students whose smartphone addiction scores were higher than the cutoff score were analyzed by frequencies, percentages, correlations, and a multiple regression. The results of the study were as follows. First, the most frequently mentioned motivation for using a smartphone was to communicate with close people. The most frequently used function of a smartphone was messengers. The most satisfactory aspect of a smartphone was to form a support network. Second, smartphone addiction was negatively correlated with school life adaptation, while smartphone addiction was positively correlated with stress response and hours of using a smartphone. Third, stress response and hours of using a smartphone had impact on the addiction tendencies of Chinese high school students at-risk for smartphone addiction. That is, the higher level of stress, the higher scores of smartphone addiction. The longer hours of using a smart phone, the higher scores of smartphone addiction. Limitations of the study and implications for future research were discussed.
