장애인의 행복에 관한 직업재활사의 인식

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 Q방법을 사용하여 직업재활사가 생각하는 장애인의 행복에 관한 인식을 조사하였다. 이를 위해 54명의 직업재활사로부터 진술문을 수집하여 Q 모집단을 구성하고 이를 유목화 하여, 40개의 진술문을 추출하여 Q 표본을 구성하였다. Q 분류를 위해 47명의 직업재활사가 참여하여 진술문을 9단계로 분류하였으며, QUANL 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 직업재활사의 장애인의 행복에 관한 인식 유형은 3가지로 나타났으며, ‘사회변화 요구형’, ‘기본인간권리 요구형’, ‘취업기회확대 요구형’으로 분류되었다. 사회변화 요구형의 직업재활사는 장애인 정책과 장애인에 대한 부정적 인식에 대한 개선이 필요하다고 인식하였으며, 기본인간권리 요구형의 직업재활사는 인간으로서 누려야 할 기본적인 사항들이 잘 갖추어야 한다고 인식하였으며, 취업기회확대 요구형의 직업재활사는 장애인의 일할 권리와 고용 기회의 확대가 우선적으로 필요하다고 인식하였다. 본 연구는 장애인의 행복에 대한 직업재활사의 인식을 알아보는 데 유용한 기초자료로 사용되며, 향후 장애인의 행복과 역량강화를 위해 필요한 직업재활현장에서의 지원내용과 프로그램을 개발하는데 도움이 되리라고 여겨진다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the type of perceptions of vocational rehabilitation counselors on happiness of people with disabilities using Q-methodology. The Q-population of this study consisted of 54 vocational rehabilitation counselors in Pusan and Kyungnam area. Among the extracted Q-population, 40 Q-samples were collected by categorizing Q-sorting was conducted by 47 vocational rehabilitation counselors. The data were analyzed using the QUANL program. As a result, there were three main types of perception on happiness of people with disabilities. Type 1, which we labeled it as “demands for social changes”, realized that we needed to change the policy and the way we treat the person with disabilities. Type 2, which we labeled it as “demands for basic human rights”, recognized that having a precondition for life is essential in becoming happy. Type 3, which we labeled it as “demands for employment increase”, recognized that it is necessary for the right to work and employment opportunities for disabled people must expand. The results of this study revealed distinct characteristics regarding the perception of happiness of people with disabilities by vocational rehabilitation counselors. These findings can be used as basic data to research perceptions of vocational rehabilitation counselors, Which could help to suggest methods of capability reinforcement and educational support.
